تعلن شركة سانوفي (Sanofi) الرائدة في مجال الأدوية الحيوية المدعومة بالذكاء الاصطناعي عن وظيفة قائد العمليات الطبية (Medical Operations Lead) لمنطقة الخليج الكبرى (Greater Gulf MCO)، وذلك في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية. ستعمل ضمن فريق الطب العام (General Medicines) وتقود تنفيذ الخطط الطبية الإقليمية والوطنية، مع التركيز على التميز التشغيلي وتخطيط الميزانيات وتميز إطلاق المنتجات.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- المساهمة في التنفيذ العملي للخطط الطبية داخل دول الخليج الكبرى، ووضع الأهداف الاستراتيجية وتنفيذها بالتعاون مع الفرق الطبية المحلية في مجالات السكري من النوع الأول، زراعة الأعضاء (مرض الطعم ضد الثوي المزمن)، والأمراض القلبية الأيضية، والمنتجات القائمة.
- قيادة تنفيذ تميز إطلاق المنتجات الطبية ضمن فرق متعددة الوظائف، ومتابعة وتحدي فرق المشاريع لضمان التنفيذ وفق إستراتيجية المشروع (النطاق، الميزانية، الوقت، الجودة).
- إدارة المراجعات الدورية لأداء العمليات الطبية في المنطقة، والإشراف على تخطيط الميزانية وتحديد أولويات المشاريع والدراسات الطبية.
- تنسيق تعريف مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية ومقاييس الأداء لضمان التميز في التنفيذ والتخطيط الفعال لاستراتيجيات العلامات التجارية والمجالات العلاجية.
- الإشراف على ميزانية العمليات الطبية (الإدارة السريرية) وتوحيدها، وتحديد الانحرافات، واقتراح إعادة توزيع الموارد، وضمان دقة التنبؤات وتسوية المصروفات.
- تسهيل التعاون مع الجهات الداخلية والخارجية بما في ذلك فرق العمليات الطبية في الأسواق الرئيسية، والفريق العالمي للبيانات الواقعية، والمالية، وعمليات الأعمال، ومركز العمليات الطبية العالمي.
- إدارة الامتثال الطبي وتطبيقه بما يتوافق مع السياسات العالمية، وضمان تنفيذ جميع الأنشطة الطبية بأعلى المعايير الأخلاقية.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة من 2-3 سنوات في مجال العمليات الطبية أو التميز الطبي أو الحوكمة الطبية في صناعة الأدوية (يفضل).
- خبرة مهنية لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في إدارة المشاريع تشمل التخطيط وإدارة الميزانيات وتنفيذ الاستراتيجيات المعقدة.
- درجة علمية في تخصص علمي (بكالوريوس، ماجستير، دكتوراه، صيدلة، طب بيطري أو ما يعادلها)؛ يفضل حيازة ماجستير إدارة الأعمال أو شهادة مهنية في إدارة المشاريع (PMP أو Agile Methodology).
- خبرة في تطوير الأدوية أو الشؤون الطبية أو مجال ذي صلة، مع فهم البيئة الدوائية الحالية.
- خبرة مثبتة في إطلاق المنتجات وتميز الإطلاق.

Main Responsibilities
- Contribute to the operational implementation of Medical Plans within Greater Gulf countries, establishing and executing strategic objectives in collaboration with local medical teams across AT1D, Transplant (chronic GvHD), CMB, and Established Products.
- Lead the execution of Medical Launch Excellence within cross-functional launch excellence teams, monitoring and challenging project teams to drive execution in line with project strategy (scope, budget, time, quality).
- Drive periodic MCO medical performance reviews, overseeing budget planning and appropriate prioritization of medical projects and studies.
- Coordinate the definition of KPIs and performance metrics to ensure excellence in execution, efficient planning, and implementation of Brand and Therapeutic Area strategies.
- Oversee, consolidate, and actively manage the Country/MCO Medical Budget (Medical Management and Clinical), identifying variances, proposing resource reallocation, and ensuring accurate forecasting and expense reconciliation.
- Facilitate collaboration with internal and external stakeholders including Key Markets Medical Operations, RWE Global Team, Finance, Business Operations, GTMC, and Global Medical Operations.
- Manage and enforce medical compliance in alignment with global policies, ensuring all medical activities are implemented to the highest ethical standards.
- Contribute to and facilitate the implementation of internal projects to simplify and optimize medical transformation processes, leading or co-leading internal operational meetings and working groups.
- 2-3 years of experience is preferred specifically in Medical Operations, Medical Excellence, or Medical Governance within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Minimum 5 years of overall relevant professional experience in project management, including planning, budget management, and executing complex strategies.
- Degree in a scientific discipline (BS, MS, PhD, PharmD, MD, or DVM) or related field; MBA or professional project management qualification (PMP or Agile Methodology) is a strong advantage.
- Experience in drug development, medical affairs, or a related field, including understanding of the current pharmaceutical environment.
- Proven experience in product launch and launch excellence.
- Strong project management skills with experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs including scenario and contingency planning.
- Excellent transversal communication, networking, and interpersonal skills with demonstrated effectiveness in matrix and cross-cultural organizations.
- Results-driven with a positive, pragmatic approach; resilient, optimistic, and open to change.
- Ability to challenge and influence at all levels, with strong negotiation and decision-making skills.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic is highly preferred.
