نبذة عن الوظيفة
- دور تجاري غير ترويجي ضمن فريق الأدوية العامة، يهدف إلى تكييف استراتيجيات الفحص والمراقبة العالمية لمرض السكري من النوع الأول المناعي الذاتي مع السياق السعودي، باستخدام علاج من الفئة الأولى.
- التركيز على تحسين تقديم الرعاية الصحية للأمراض المزمنة والتخصصية في مجالات السكري وزراعة الأعضاء والمناعة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء مسح للنظام البيئي لتحديد اللاعبين الرئيسيين في الرعاية الصحية، بما في ذلك مراكز التميز ومراكز الإحالة والمستشفيات ومراكز التسريب والمختبرات في جميع أنحاء المملكة.
- بناء شراكات مع قادة الصحة العامة والمسؤولين السريريين في الحسابات الرئيسية لتوعية بأهمية الكشف المبكر عن السكري من النوع الأول.
- تحديد وإزالة العوائق التشغيلية حول الفحص والمراقبة على طول مسار المريض.
- تصميم وتنفيذ مسارات رعاية تعاونية ومشاريع، مع دعم مبادرات الفحص الجديدة للكشف المبكر.
- التواصل مع الجهات الخارجية كالجمعيات المهنية وشبكات الوقاية لزيادة الوعي بمسار السكري من النوع الأول.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في المجال التجاري أو الطبي في قطاع الأدوية/الأجهزة الطبية، مع خبرة في إدارة المشاريع والتنسيق التنفيذي الخارجي.
- درجة بكالوريوس في الطب أو الصيدلة أو الصحة العامة.
- مهارات تواصل وشخصية ممتازة، وقدرات قوية في التواصل وبناء العلاقات والتفاوض، وأسلوب عمل مرن مع إبداع وتعاون جماعي.
- عقلية ذاتية الدفع وموجهة نحو النتائج، والقدرة على إدارة علاقات أصحاب المصلحة المعقدة وتقديم تحليلات الرؤى.

Main Responsibilities
- Conduct ecosystem mapping to identify key healthcare players including Centers of Excellence, referral centers, hospitals, infusion centers, and labs across Saudi Arabia
- Build partnerships with public health leaders and clinical leads at key accounts to educate on the importance of early Type 1 diabetes detection
- Identify and remove operational barriers around screening and monitoring throughout the patient pathway
- Design and implement collaborative care pathways and projects while supporting new screening initiatives for early detection
- Engage external stakeholders including professional associations and prevention networks to create T1D pathway awareness
- Build evidence-based, non-promotional narratives that act as catalysts within the T1D pathway
- Continuously assess and optimize infrastructure for early detection to ensure smooth care pathways
- Experience: 5+ years in commercial or medical pharmaceutical/medical devices with project management and external-facing tactical execution experience
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Medical, Pharmacy, or Public Health
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, strong networking and negotiation capabilities, agile working style with creativity and team collaboration
- Additional capabilities: Self-driven and results-oriented mindset, ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and deliver insights analysis
- Languages: Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Arabic
- Preferred experience: Specialty disease area background, marketing experience, and diabetes experience are advantageous
