سانوفي تعلن عن وظيفة قائد الشؤون العامة للقاحات في الرياض، السعودية، بنظام عمل هجين وسفر معتدل.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إشراك مجموعات المرضى ومنظمات المجتمع المدني المتعلقة بالأمراض التي يمكن الوقاية منها باللقاحات، وقيادة حملات التوعية بالأمراض لأولوية مثل فيروس الورم الحليمي البشري (HPV) والإنفلونزا والفيروس المخلوي التنفسي (RSV) وغيرها بناءً على رؤى المرضى ومقدمي الرعاية.
- دعم استراتيجيات التمنيع الوطنية من خلال الدعوة القائمة على الأدلة والحوار مع أصحاب المصلحة، ومتابعة اتجاهات السياسات بما في ذلك توصيات اللجنة الاستشارية الوطنية للتمنيع (NITAG) وميزانيات التمنيع وعوائق الوصول.
- بناء أطر للاستماع المجتمعي وتوليد الرؤى لضمان إثراء وجهات نظر المرضى والمجتمع لتخطيط العلامة التجارية للقاحات واستراتيجية السمعة.
- المشاركة في تطوير شراكات متعددة الأطراف تعزز الثقة في اللقاحات ومحو الأمية الصحية والمشاركة الرقمية في التمنيع مع السلطات الصحية والمنظمات غير الحكومية وتحالفات اللقاحات ومجموعات الصحة العامة.
- قيادة الشراكات مع الجمعيات العلمية في طب الأطفال والأمراض المعدية والصحة العامة لتعزيز جداول التطعيم والتوعية بالوقاية من الأمراض.
- العمل بشكل وثيق مع فرق الشؤون الطبية والخارجية والوصول إلى السوق والاتصالات لضمان رسائل متناسقة وأنشطة مدارة المخاطر عبر جميع المبادرات المتعلقة باللقاحات.
- تقديم المشورة بشأن إجراءات تشكيل البيئة بناءً على تحليل اتجاهات السياسات وملاحظات أصحاب المصلحة لدعم مكانة سانوفي كشريك موثوق في الصحة العامة.
- قيادة حملات التوعية العامة التي تعزز الثقة في اللقاحات وتدعم الوصول العادل إلى التمنيع عبر المجتمعات المتنوعة في المملكة العربية السعودية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة 5 سنوات أو أكثر في اللقاحات أو الصحة العامة أو الشؤون العامة أو منظمات الصحة المجتمعية مع تأثير مثبت في الدفاع عن المرضى والمشاركة المجتمعية.
- خبرة في برامج التمنيع أو الشراكات الصحية العامة أو حملات الوقاية من الأمراض، ويفضل في سياق المملكة العربية السعودية أو الشرق الأوسط الأوسع.
- فهم قوي للنظام البيئي للتطعيم المحلي ومشهد السياسات، بما في ذلك الإلمام باستراتيجيات التمنيع الوطنية وشبكات أصحاب المصلحة.
- درجة البكالوريوس في الصحة العامة أو الاتصالات أو السياسة العامة أو علوم الحياة أو مجال ذي صلة؛ يفضل درجة متقدمة.
- شغف بالصحة العامة والتزام مثبت بتحسين نتائج المرضى من خلال المشاركة المجتمعية والدفاع.

Main Responsibilities
- Engage patient groups and civil-society organizations related to vaccine-preventable diseases, leading disease-awareness campaigns for HPV, influenza, RSV, and other priority areas rooted in patient and caregiver insights.
- Support national immunization strategies through evidence-based advocacy and stakeholder dialogue, monitoring policy trends including NITAG recommendations, immunization budgets, and access barriers.
- Build frameworks for community-level listening and insights generation to ensure patient and community perspectives enrich Vaccines brand planning and reputation strategy.
- Co-develop multistakeholder partnerships addressing vaccine confidence, health-literacy, and digital immunization engagement with health authorities, NGOs, vaccine alliances, and public-health groups.
- Lead partnerships with scientific societies in pediatrics, infectious disease, and public health to advance vaccination agendas and disease prevention awareness.
- Work closely with Medical, External Affairs, Market Access, and Communications teams to ensure aligned messages and risk-managed activities across all vaccine-related initiatives.
- Advise on environment-shaping actions based on policy trend analysis and stakeholder feedback to support Sanofi's position as a trusted public health partner.
- Drive public awareness campaigns that enhance vaccine confidence and support equitable access to immunization across diverse communities in Saudi Arabia.
- 5+ years of experience in vaccines, public health, Public Affairs, or community-health organizations with demonstrated impact in patient advocacy and community engagement.
- Experience with immunization programs, public-health partnerships, or disease-prevention campaigns, preferably in the Saudi Arabian or broader Middle East context.
- Strong understanding of the local vaccination ecosystem and policy landscape, including familiarity with national immunization strategies and stakeholder networks.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required for effective stakeholder engagement across diverse communities.
- Experienced level competencies in Healthcare Policies, Patient Advocacy, Launch Strategy, Strategic Insights, and Foster Innovation.
- Strong Partnership Development, Crisis Management, and Public Awareness Campaign capabilities.
- Excellent Business Acumen, Communication skills, and Stakeholder Relationship Management abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Communications, Public Policy, Life Sciences, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Passion for public health and demonstrated commitment to improving patient outcomes through community engagement and advocacy.
