سانوفي تبحث عن رئيس قسم A2R (Account to Report) والامتثال الضريبي لمنطقة الخليج الكبرى، للعمل في الرياض، السعودية بنظام العمل الهجين. في هذا الدور، ستكون مسؤولاً عن عمليات A2R الشاملة في المنطقة، وقيادة تقديم خدمات عالية الجودة مع ضمان الامتثال، بالتعاون مع المدير المالي وشركاء الأعمال الماليين في المملكة العربية السعودية والإمارات.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- ضمان تقديم صورة حقيقية وعادلة للقوائم المالية لجميع الكيانات القانونية ضمن النطاق (دولتان، 3 كيانات)، والإشراف على الحسابات التي تديرها فرق المشتريات والتحصيل والرقابة.
- قيادة تقديم خدمات A2R الشاملة بكفاءة وجودة عالية، وضمان تحقيق مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية والتحسين المستمر.
- مراقبة وإدارة الأثر المحاسبي لمشاريع الاندماج والاستحواذ، بما في ذلك الأنشطة المتعلقة بالمخزون ونقل الأصول وتأثيرات القوائم المالية، ودعم العناية الواجبة والاستقرار بعد الصفقة.
- قيادة مراجعات الميزانية العمومية الدورية لضمان الامتثال لمعايير IFRS وIAS والمعايير المحلية ومعايير مجموعة سانوفي (SAGA).

الشروط والمتطلبات
- أكثر من 10 سنوات من الخبرة في المالية، مع تفضيل كبير لخبرة المراجعة في إحدى الشركات الكبرى الأربع (Big 4).
- 3-5 سنوات من خبرة إدارة الأشخاص، مع سجل حافل في قيادة وتطوير الفرق المالية.
- خبرة في صناعة الأدوية تعتبر ميزة كبيرة.
- مؤهل مهني في المحاسبة مطلوب؛ شهادة محاسب قانوني (Chartered Accountant) تعتبر ميزة كبيرة.
- خلفية دولية مع التعامل مع بيئات متعددة الثقافات؛ خبرة العمل في نموذج HUB/BPO تحظى بتقدير كبير.
- سجل في إدارة برامج تحسين الكفاءة الكبيرة وقيادة التحول مع إدارة التغيير.
المهارات المطلوبة

Main Responsibilities
- Ensure a true and fair view of financial statements for all legal entities within scope (2 countries, 3 legal entities), overseeing accounts managed by Source-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Controlling teams.
- Lead the efficient, high-quality, and compliant delivery of end-to-end A2R services, ensuring achievement of KPIs and continuous performance improvement.
- Monitor and manage the accounting impact of M&A projects, including inventory-related activities, asset transfers, and financial statement implications, supporting due diligence and post-transaction stabilization.
- Lead periodic Balance Sheet reviews ensuring compliance with IFRS, IAS, local Financial Reporting Standards, and Sanofi Group Standards (SAGA).
- Ensure Compliance and Internal Control/SOX standards are met across all Greater Gulf legal entities, coordinating external audits from fee negotiation through completion.
- Manage tax compliance activities including quarterly IFRS tax reporting, Corporate Income Tax, VAT, Withholding Tax returns, and transfer pricing alignment with Central Transfer Pricing team.
- Lead and coordinate responses to tax authority inspections and audits, liaising with Tax Lead and external advisors on documentation and data requests.
- Partner with CFO and Regional Tax Head on strategic transactions, providing expert technical accounting evaluation for acquisitions and alliances.
- Lead the A2R services organization with direct responsibility for A2R teams, overseeing 1 direct report in UAE and fostering talent development through IDPs and succession planning.
- More than 10 years of Finance experience, with Big 4 audit experience considered a significant advantage.
- 3-5 years of people management experience, with a proven track record of leading and developing finance teams.
- Pharmaceutical industry experience is a significant advantage.
- Professional accounting qualification required; Chartered Accountant certification is a significant advantage.
- Very good understanding of relevant Finance processes including IFRS (i.e. IAS 12).
- Good knowledge of KSA and UAE tax legislation including Corporate Tax/Zakat, Withholding Taxes, VAT, and Transfer Pricing regulations.
- International background with exposure to multicultural environments; experience working within a HUB/BPO model is highly valued.
- Track record of managing large efficiency improvement programs and leading transformation with change management.
- Excellent IT skills including Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables), SAP, and PowerBI, with openness to adopt AI and digital tools.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic is preferable.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to shape culture, motivate teams, and communicate effectively at executive level.
