بصفتك مدير استراتيجية صحة السكان ضمن قسم أمراض المناعة الذاتية والسكري من النوع الأول، ستساهم في تشكيل كيفية تحديد وفحص ودعم الأشخاص المعرضين لخطر الإصابة بالسكري من النوع الأول في جميع أنحاء المملكة العربية السعودية. انضم إلى الفريق الذي يعمل على تحويل طريقة تقديم الرعاية الصحية للحالات المزمنة والتخصصية عالميًا، حيث ستساعد في تحقيق نتائج ملموسة في مجالات السكري وزراعة الأعضاء وعلم المناعة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- رسم خريطة للنظام الصحي لتحديد اللاعبين الرئيسيين، ومراكز التميز، ومسارات الإحالة، والبنية التحتية في المستشفيات العامة والخاصة، ومراكز التسريب، والمختبرات.
- بناء شراكات مع قادة الصحة العامة وأصحاب المصلحة السريريين في الحسابات الرئيسية لرفع الوعي بأهمية الكشف المبكر عن السكري من النوع الأول.
- تحديد وإزالة العوائق التشغيلية في الفحص والمراقبة على طول مسار المريض، ودعم المبادرات الجديدة للكشف المبكر.
- تصميم وتنفيذ مسارات رعاية تعاونية ومشاريع تعمل على تحسين البنية التحتية للكشف المبكر وضمان رحلة سلسة للمريض.
- التواصل مع أصحاب المصلحة الخارجيين بما في ذلك الجمعيات المهنية وشبكات الوقاية لخلق وعي حول مسار السكري من النوع الأول.
- تطوير سرديات قائمة على الأدلة وغير ترويجية لتثقيف وتحفيز العمل عبر النظام الصحي.
- تقييم وتحسين الفحص والمراقبة وتقديم الرعاية باستمرار لتحسين النتائج للأشخاص المعرضين لخطر الإصابة بالسكري من النوع الأول أو المصابين به.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الطب أو الصيدلة أو الصحة العامة.
- خبرة في المجال التجاري أو الطبي في قطاع الأدوية/الأجهزة الطبية، مع خبرة مثبتة في إدارة المشاريع والتواصل مع أصحاب المصلحة الخارجيين.
- خبرة في مجال الأمراض التخصصية مطلوبة؛ خبرة في السكري والتسويق تعتبر ميزة إضافية.

Main Responsibilities
- Map the healthcare ecosystem to identify key players, Centers of Excellence, referral pathways, and infrastructure across public and private hospitals, infusion centers, and laboratories.
- Build partnerships with public health leaders and clinical stakeholders at key accounts to raise awareness of the importance of early Type 1 diabetes detection.
- Identify and remove operational barriers in screening and monitoring along the patient pathway, supporting new initiatives for early detection.
- Design and implement collaborative care pathways and projects that optimize infrastructure for early detection and smooth patient journeys.
- Engage external stakeholders including professional associations and prevention networks to create awareness around the Type 1 diabetes pathway.
- Develop evidence-based, non-promotional narratives that educate and inspire action across the healthcare system.
- Continuously assess and optimize screening, monitoring, and care delivery to improve outcomes for people at risk of or living with Type 1 diabetes.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, or Public Health
- Experience: Commercial or medical pharmaceutical/medical devices background, with proven project management and external stakeholder engagement experience; specialty disease area experience required; diabetes and marketing experience are a plus
- Soft and technical skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities with strong networking and negotiation skills; agile, creative team player who is self-driven and results-oriented; ability to analyze complex insights, manage diverse stakeholder relationships, and share knowledge cross-functionally; entrepreneurial mindset comfortable with ambiguity; organized, detail-oriented, and able to propose solutions that shift behaviors and deliver projects effectively
- Languages: Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Arabic
