تعلن شركة سانوفي (Sanofi) عن توفر وظيفة رئيس الشراكات الاستراتيجية - لقاحات دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي (Strategic Partnership Head - Vaccines GCC) في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية، ودبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة (نمط عمل هجين مع سفر مكثف بين البلدين).

بصفتك رئيس الشراكات الاستراتيجية - لقاحات دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي ضمن فريق اللقاحات، ستقوم بتصميم وتنفيذ شراكات خارجية عالية التأثير تُسرّع النمو والوصول والأثر الصحي العام عبر منطقة الخليج، لتكون حلقة الوصل الاستراتيجية بين محفظة اللقاحات وأصحاب المصلحة الخارجيين الرئيسيين لخلق قيمة متبادلة وثقة طويلة الأمد. ستنضم إلى فريق يحمي نصف مليار شخص سنويًا من خلال علوم الجيل التالي وابتكار mRNA والاختراقات القائمة على الذكاء الاصطناعي. في مجال اللقاحات، ستساعد في تطوير الوقاية على نطاق عالمي وتشكيل مستقبل التحصين في منطقة الخليج.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تحديد وامتلاك استراتيجية الشراكات الخاصة باللقاحات لمنطقة الخليج، بما يتماشى مع أولويات اللقاحات العالمية والإقليمية وأجندات الوقاية من الأمراض وأهداف التحصين الصحي العام.
- بناء وإدارة محفظة ذات أولوية من الشراكات الاستراتيجية مع الحكومات والسلطات الصحية والمنظمات غير الحكومية العالمية والمحلية والمنظمات متعددة الأطراف (منظمة الصحة العالمية، اليونيسيف، التحالف العالمي للقاحات والتحصين، المؤسسات) والمؤسسات الأكاديمية، مع ضمان تجاوز الشراكات لمستوى الرعاية إلى المشاركة في الإبداع المشترك والتأثير النظامي.
- قيادة التنسيق متعدد الوظائف مع فرق اللقاحات التجارية والشؤون الطبية والوصول إلى السوق والاقتصاد الصحي وتقييم النتائج والشؤون العامة والعلاقات الحكومية والإمداد والعمليات لضمان صوت واحد واستراتيجية واحدة تجاه الشركاء الخارجيين.
- دمج الشراكات في استراتيجيات العلامات التجارية والوصول إلى السوق والاستراتيجيات القطرية، مما يحقق نموًا مستدامًا واستدامة النظام على المدى الطويل في المملكة العربية السعودية والإمارات العربية المتحدة.
- وضع سانوفي كشريك موثوق طويل الأمد في مجال الوقاية والتحصين، والمساهمة في تشكيل الروايات حول الثقة في اللقاحات ومرونة النظام الصحي.
- التنقل في النظم البيئية المعقدة متعددة أصحاب المصلحة عبر المملكة العربية السعودية والإمارات العربية المتحدة، باستخدام نفوذ قوي دون سلطة رسمية لتحقيق نتائج استراتيجية.
- تطوير وتنفيذ مفاوضات رفيعة المستوى مع أصحاب المصلحة الخارجيين الكبار، وضمان أن الشراكات تخلق قيمة متبادلة وتساهم في الأثر الصحي العام على نطاق واسع.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة واسعة في واحد أو أكثر من المجالات التالية: اللقاحات / الأدوية / الرعاية الصحية، برامج الصحة العامة أو التحصين، الوصول إلى السوق / الاقتصاد الصحي وتقييم النتائج / الشؤون الحكومية، أو الشراكات الاستراتيجية / القيادة التجارية العليا - مع سجل حافل في أدوار عليا واستراتيجية.
- خبرة مثبتة في العمل مع المؤسسات الحكومية والصحية العامة، والمنظمات متعددة الأطراف أو غير الحكومية، والأنظمة البيئية المعقدة متعددة أصحاب المصلحة.
- درجة جامعية متقدمة في الصحة العامة، علوم الحياة، الطب، الصيدلة، العلوم الطبية الحيوية، الاقتصاد الصحي، السياسة العامة، أو العلاقات الدولية؛ يفضل بشدة درجة دراسات عليا (ماجستير في الصحة العامة، ماجستير في إدارة الأعمال، ماجستير في الإدارة العامة).
- يفضل بشدة التعرض الإقليمي أو الدولي، مع فهم عميق لمشهد الرعاية الصحية والبيئات التنظيمية في دول الخليج.
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية إلزامي؛ اللغة العربية مفضلة بشدة.
- الاستعداد للسفر المكثف بين المملكة العربية السعودية والإمارات العربية المتحدة حسب متطلبات الدور.

Main Responsibilities
- Define and own the Vaccines partnership strategy for the GCC region, aligned with global and regional Vaccines priorities, disease prevention agendas, and public health immunization goals.
- Build and manage a prioritized portfolio of strategic partnerships with governments, health authorities, global and local NGOs, multilateral organizations (WHO, UNICEF, Gavi, foundations), and academic institutions - ensuring partnerships move beyond sponsorship to co-creation and system impact.
- Lead cross-functional orchestration with Vaccines Franchise/Commercial, Medical Affairs, Market Access & HEOR, Public Affairs/Government Relations, and Supply & Operations to ensure one-voice, one-strategy toward external partners.
- Embed partnerships into brand, access, and country strategies, driving sustainable growth and long-term system sustainability across KSA and UAE.
- Position Sanofi as a long-term, credible partner in prevention and immunization, contributing to shaping narratives around vaccine confidence and health system resilience.
- Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder ecosystems across KSA and UAE, leveraging strong influence without formal authority to drive strategic outcomes.
- Develop and execute high-level negotiations with senior external stakeholders, ensuring partnerships create mutual value and contribute to public health impact at scale.
- Extensive experience in one or more of the following areas: Vaccines/Pharmaceuticals/Healthcare, Public Health or Immunization Programs, Market Access/HEOR/Government Affairs, or Strategic Partnerships/Senior commercial leadership - with a demonstrated track record in senior, strategic roles.
- Proven experience working with government and public health institutions, multilateral organizations or NGOs, and complex, multi-stakeholder ecosystems.
- Advanced university degree in Public Health, Life Sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, Biomedical Sciences, Health Economics, Public Policy, or International Relations; post-graduate degree (MPH, MBA, MPA) is a strong advantage.
- Regional or international exposure strongly preferred, with deep understanding of GCC healthcare landscapes and regulatory environments.
- Exceptional negotiation skills, stakeholder management capabilities, and cross-functional leadership experience, with the ability to influence without formal authority.
- Excellent storytelling and executive communication skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity at a senior level.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory; Arabic is highly preferred.
- Collaborative and externally oriented leadership style, comfortable operating at both strategic and executional levels.
- Willingness to travel extensively between KSA and UAE as required by the role.
