About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Human Resources Business Partner to join our dynamic team at PeopleStrong. In this role, you will act as a key liaison between the HR department and business units, providing expert guidance on HR policies, talent management, and organizational development. Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred. A minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, with a proven track record of working closely with senior leadership and managing multiple HR functions, is essential. Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices is required. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are vital for success in this role. Experience with HRIS systems and talent management tools will be advantageous. The candidate should demonstrate a strategic mindset, adaptability, and a proactive approach to HR challenges.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to understand their HR needs and develop tailored strategies that support business objectives.
- Implement and oversee HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal standards and organizational standards.
- Drive talent acquisition initiatives, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and development plans.
- Support employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Provide guidance on employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Assist in organizational development efforts, including leadership development and succession planning.
- Monitor HR metrics and analytics to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and promote wellness programs.
- Collaborate with HR teams to implement training and development programs that enhance employee skills and career growth.
