About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Business & Innovation Specialist to join our dynamic team at Hochschule Luzern - Digital Business & Innovation (HSLU DB&I). In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative digital strategies, supporting research initiatives, and collaborating with industry partners to foster digital transformation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital business, technology, and innovation management, along with excellent communication and project management skills. Qualifications

The successful candidate should possess a master's degree or higher in Business Administration, Information Technology, Digital Innovation, or a related field. Proven experience in digital transformation projects, strategic planning, and innovation management is essential. Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI, blockchain, and IoT are highly desirable. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken, are required, with proficiency in German being an advantage. The candidate should demonstrate a collaborative mindset, adaptability, and a passion for continuous learning and development.
