تعلن شركة Wabtec Corporation عن توفر وظيفة مبيعات الدعم الإداري (Back Office Sales) في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية، للعمل ضمن فريق العمليات التجارية ودعم المبيعات.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تحقيق الأهداف التجارية والإدارية المحددة وتحديد الإجراءات التصحيحية عند الحاجة.
- إعداد وإدارة وثائق التسعير وعروض الأسعار القياسية لما بعد البيع عبر العملاء وخطوط الإنتاج والفترات المحددة.
- إنشاء وتحليل وتوزيع تقارير المبيعات والإحصائيات التجارية بما في ذلك معلومات التسعير والحجم والعملاء والمنتجات واتجاهات السوق.
- دعم تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات المبيعات والتجارية بما يتوافق مع أهداف العمل.
- ضمان الامتثال للسياسات والإجراءات القانونية والتنظيمية والداخلية.
- تنسيق الاتصالات والأنشطة التجارية بين مصانع Wabtec والجهات الداخلية والعملاء.
- مراقبة معايير العروض وانحرافات التسعير مقابل إرشادات التسعير السنوية المعتمدة.
- متابعة وحل النزاعات التجارية التي تشمل العملاء أو الموردين أو مواقع التصنيع.
- تحديد المخاطر التجارية بشكل استباقي ورفعها إلى الجهات المعنية.
- قيادة تحديثات فرق المبيعات والعمليات وتتبع الفرص بما في ذلك صيانة حالة الفوز/الخسارة.
- تنسيق عمليات مراجعة GO/NO-GO وBid/No-Bid.
- دعم تقديم وإدارة طلبات CPQ وSISCAT.
- إدارة متابعة عمليات عروض CPQ من البداية إلى النهاية لضمان الإنجاز في الوقت المحدد والتوافق مع متطلبات العملاء.
- تنظيم وتسهيل اجتماعات مراجعة العروض والمستندات ذات الصلة.
- دعم تحليل الفوز/الخسارة وأنشطة المراجعة اللاحقة.
- الحفاظ على معلومات دقيقة ومحدثة في Salesforce لدعم التنبؤ وإعداد التقارير واتخاذ القرارات التجارية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة جامعية في إدارة الأعمال أو المالية أو الاقتصاد أو الهندسة أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة مهنية لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في القطاع المصرفي والتأمين أو مراقبة التجزئة/الإنتاج أو العمليات التجارية أو دعم المبيعات أو بيئة أعمال مماثلة.
- مهارات تحليلية وتنظيمية قوية مع القدرة على إدارة أولويات متعددة بفعالية.
- مبادرة وإبداع وقدرة على حل المشكلات.
- القدرة على التفاوض والتأثير على أصحاب المصلحة ضمن نطاق المسؤوليات الموكلة.
- مهارات قوية في العمل الجماعي والتعاون.
- مهارات تواصل شخصية ممتازة مع القدرة على العمل بفعالية عبر فرق متعددة الثقافات سواء في الموقع أو عن بُعد.
- عقلية مرنة واستباقية وموجهة نحو خدمة العملاء.

- إتمام الخدمة العسكرية للمتقدمين الذكور.
- سعودي الجنسية فقط (وفقاً لمتطلبات السعودة).
- الإقامة في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية.
- خبرة سابقة في العمل في بيئة هجينة تجمع بين العمل في المكتب والعمل عن بُعد.

The role acts as a key liaison between Wabtec plants, internal stakeholders, and customers, ensuring seamless commercial operations, accurate sales data management, and effective execution of sales processes. You will collaborate with multicultural teams in a dynamic environment focused on delivering customer value and business growth.

As a member of the Commercial Operations & Sales Support team, you will be responsible for supporting the sales organization through pricing management, sales process coordination, reporting, and commercial administration activities. You will play a critical role in ensuring data accuracy, maintaining efficient sales operations, and supporting strategic decision-making through reliable commercial insights. The position serves as a central point of contact between internal functions, manufacturing sites, and customers, helping drive operational excellence and commercial success. You will also lead key internal sales processes, including opportunity management, tender coordination, CPQ follow-up activities, and Salesforce data management to support forecasting and business performance.

- Minimum 3 years of professional experience within Banking & Insurance, Retail/Production Controlling, Commercial Operations, Sales Support, or a similar business environment.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Demonstrated initiative, creativity, and problem-solving capability.
- Ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders within the scope of assigned responsibilities.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across onsite and remote multicultural teams.
- Flexible, proactive, and customer-oriented mindset.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
- Experience working with ERP and CRM systems such as Salesforce, CPQ, Oracle, or similar platforms.
- Fluent written and spoken Arabic and English; additional languages are considered an advantage.
- Understanding of corporate bid management, sales processes, commercial operations, and Turkish public sector procurement processes.
- Male candidates must have completed military service.
- Saudi Nationals only, in line with Saudization requirements.
- Candidates residing in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Previous experience working in a hybrid environment combining office and home-office work arrangements.
- Deliver assigned commercial and administrative objectives while identifying and implementing corrective actions when needed.
- Prepare, maintain, and manage pricing documentation and standard aftermarket quotations across customers, product lines, and defined periods.
- Generate, consolidate, analyze, and distribute sales reports and commercial statistics, including pricing, volume, customer, product, and market trend information.
- Support the development and execution of sales and commercial strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with legal, corporate, and departmental policies and procedures.
- Coordinate communication and commercial activities between Wabtec plants, internal stakeholders, and customers.
- Monitor offer parameters and pricing deviations against approved annual pricing guidelines.
- Follow up and support resolution of commercial disputes involving customers, suppliers, or manufacturing sites.
- Proactively identify commercial risks and escalate issues to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Lead S&O TSG updates and opportunity tracking, including won/lost status maintenance.
- Coordinate GO/NO-GO and Bid/No-Bid review processes.
- Support CPQ and SISCAT request submissions and administration.
- Manage end-to-end follow-up of CPQ offer processes to ensure timely completion and alignment with customer requirements.
- Organize and facilitate tender review meetings and related documentation.
- Support win/loss analysis and post-mortem review activities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in Salesforce to support forecasting, reporting, and business decision-making.
