نينجا تبحث عن صيدلي متحمس وماهر للانضمام إلى فريقها في حائل. في هذا الدور، ستقوم بصرف الأدوية وتقديم رعاية شخصية ونصائح للمرضى لضمان أفضل النتائج العلاجية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • معالجة وصفات الأدوية وصرفها بدقة مع الالتزام بالمعايير القانونية والأخلاقية والمهنية.
  • تقديم استشارات دوائية للمرضى والإجابة على استفساراتهم حول العلاجات والآثار الجانبية والتفاعلات.
  • التعاون مع مقدمي الرعاية الصحية لوضع وإدارة خطط علاجية دوائية مخصصة لكل مريض.
  • مراقبة نتائج صحة المرضى وتعديل الوصفات عند الضرورة بالتنسيق مع الطاقم الطبي.
  • إجراء جلسات تدريبية دورية للموظفين والمرضى حول سلامة الأدوية والعافية.
  • إدارة مخزون الصيدلية والحفاظ على مستويات تخزين كافية مع تقليل الهدر.
  • البقاء على اطلاع بالتطورات الجديدة في الأدوية وممارسة الصيدلة لتحسين جودة الخدمة باستمرار.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) من مؤسسة تعليمية معتمدة.
  • رخصة صيدلي نشطة في المملكة العربية السعودية.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال الصيدلة في السعودية (يفضل).
  • معرفة قوية بالعلاج الدوائي والمبادئ التوجيهية السريرية.
  • مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتعامل مع الآخرين وخدمة العملاء.
  • القدرة على العمل بفعالية في بيئة جماعية.
  • الاهتمام بالتفاصيل مع قدرات تحليلية قوية وحل المشكلات.
  • الالتزام بالتعليم المستمر والبقاء على اطلاع بمجال الصيدلة.

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Pharmacist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will not only dispense medications but also provide personalized care and advice to our patients, ensuring they have the best possible outcomes from their treatments.

Main Responsibilities

  • Accurately process and dispense prescription medications, ensuring compliance with legal, ethical, and professional standards.
  • Offer medication counseling to patients, addressing their questions and concerns regarding treatments, side effects, and interactions.
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare providers to create and manage medication treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
  • Monitor patient health outcomes and adjust prescriptions as necessary in conjunction with medical staff.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for staff and patients regarding medication safety and wellness.
  • Maintain and manage pharmacy inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste.
  • Stay informed about new developments in medications and pharmacy practice to continually enhance service delivery.


Requirements

  • Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Active pharmacist license in the state of practice.
  • Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical experience in Saudi Arabia preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmacotherapy and clinical guidelines.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Commitment to continuous education and staying current in the pharmacy field
