KBR, Inc. تعلن عن وظيفة فني هندسي (Engineering Technician) في السعودية، لدعم القوات الجوية الأمريكية تحت برنامج AFCAP V في قاعدة الأمير سلطان الجوية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • أداء مهام المسح والرسم وإدارة الإنشاءات ودعم إدارة المشاريع.
  • تطوير وصيانة الرسومات الفنية والخرائط والبيانات الجغرافية المكانية باستخدام AutoCAD وبرامج GIS.
  • دعم أنشطة التفتيش على الإنشاءات والتوثيق وضمان الجودة.
  • المساعدة في الحفاظ على الرسومات حسب الإنشاء وسجلات المرافق وتوثيق البنية التحتية.
  • دعم تحديثات GeoBase وCIP وMDS وMDL وفقًا لمعايير SDSFIE ومعايير القوات الجوية.
  • إجراء المسوحات الميدانية بما في ذلك المسوحات الطبوغرافية والحدودية والمرافق.
  • المساعدة في تحديث بيانات عوائق المدرج وتوثيق التنازلات.
  • دعم التنسيق لإعداد الموقع والتصاريح وتوثيق انقطاع المرافق.
  • ضمان أن تكون الوثائق الهندسية دقيقة وكاملة ومتوافقة مع متطلبات الحكومة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • يجب أن يكون المتقدم مواطنًا أمريكيًا ويحمل رخصة قيادة أمريكية سارية.
  • يجب أن يمتلك جواز سفر (دفتر جواز وليس بطاقة) مع صلاحية متبقية لا تقل عن 13 شهرًا و6 صفحات تأشيرة فارغة على الأقل.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن ثلاث (3) سنوات مشتركة في المسح والرسم وإدارة الإنشاءات وإدارة المشاريع.
  • خبرة حديثة لا تقل عن سنة (1) في استخدام AutoCAD وبرامج GIS.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين (2) في العمل مع المنظمات العامة أو الحكومية.
  • إجادة الرسومات الفنية والخرائط والبيانات الجغرافية المكانية.
  • القدرة على الحصول على تصريح أمني سري (SECRET) والحفاظ عليه.
  • الاستعداد لتوقيع اتفاقية عدم الإفصاح (NDA).

المهارات المطلوبة

  • يفضل خبرة في دعم برامج الهندسة المدنية للقوات الجوية.
  • يفضل الإلمام بـ GeoBase وArcGIS Pro ومعايير SDSFIE.
  • يفضل خبرة العمل في بيئات الطوارئ أو خارج البلاد.

Program Summary

Under the AFCAP V Program, KBR supports the U.S. Air Force by providing Engineering Support Services to the 378 ECES. These services ensure mission-critical Installation Engineering, Asset Management and Visibility, and Real Property support to the 378 AEW. In addition to Engineering Support Services at Prince Sultan Air Base, KBR also provides food services and other quality-of-life support to sustain base operations.

Job Summary

The Engineering Technician supports installation engineering, construction management, surveying, drafting, and geospatial data development for PSAB. This role provides technical support across planning, project execution, GIS, and documentation activities to ensure facilities and infrastructure data remains accurate, compliant, and mission-ready.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Perform surveying, drafting, construction management, and project management support functions
  • Develop and maintain technical drawings, maps, and geospatial datasets using AutoCAD and GIS software
  • Support construction inspections, documentation, and quality assurance activities
  • Assist with maintaining as-built drawings, facility records, and infrastructure documentation
  • Support GeoBase, CIP, MDS, and MDL updates in compliance with SDSFIE and Air Force standards
  • Conduct field surveys including topographic, boundary, and utility surveys
  • Assist with airfield obstruction data updates and waiver documentation
  • Support site preparation coordination, permits, and utility outage documentation
  • Ensure engineering documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with Government requirements

Basic Qualifications

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen with a current U. S. Driver's License.
  • Must possess passport book (not passport card) with at least 13 months of remaining validity AND 6 blank visa/stamp pages remaining.
  • Minimum three (3) years combined experience in surveying, drafting, construction management, and project management
  • At least one (1) year of recent experience using AutoCAD and GIS software
  • Two (2) years of experience working with public or government organizations
  • Proficiency in technical drawings, maps, and geospatial data
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance
  • Willingness to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting Air Force Civil Engineering programs
  • Familiarity with GeoBase, ArcGIS Pro, and SDSFIE standards
  • Experience working in contingency or overseas environments.
