We are seeking an experienced System Administrator to administer, monitor, and support enterprise infrastructure across Linux, Windows Server, and containerized environments. The ideal candidate will maintain system availability and performance, manage clusters, and resolve technical and operational issues affecting business-critical services.

This role is ideal for a highly skilled system administration professional with hands-on experience in Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes, strong troubleshooting abilities, and a commitment to maintaining secure, stable, and highly available technology environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain Linux and Windows Server environments.
• Manage and support Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes platforms.
• Administer clusters and maintain high-availability configurations.
• Deploy, monitor, and support containerized infrastructure and applications.
• Monitor system health, availability, capacity, and performance.
• Perform system installations, configurations, upgrades, patching, and routine maintenance.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure, operating system, cluster, and application platform issues.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Manage system access, permissions, configurations, and security controls.
• Support backup, recovery, and business continuity procedures.
• Collaborate with application, network, database, infrastructure, and cybersecurity teams.
• Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and system health reports.
• Recommend improvements to enhance infrastructure reliability, scalability, and performance.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a closely related IT field.
• Maximum 5 years of relevant experience in systems administration or infrastructure operations.
• Strong hands-on experience administering Linux and Windows Server environments.
• Practical experience with Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes.
• Experience managing clusters, high-availability environments, and containerized applications.
• Strong knowledge of system monitoring, troubleshooting, and operational support.
• The applicant must be a Saudi national.
