Job Summary:

The Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and achieving sales targets for the company's construction equipment rental services. The role involves identifying customer requirements, preparing rental quotations, negotiating contracts, coordinating with operations, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction, infrastructure, industrial, and oil & gas sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, consultants, and project managers.
• Promote the company's equipment rental solutions, including heavy machinery, access equipment, generators, compressors, and related products.
• Conduct regular customer visits to understand project requirements and recommend suitable equipment.
• Prepare and submit rental quotations, proposals, and contracts in a timely manner.
• Negotiate rental rates and contract terms while maintaining company profitability.
• Follow up on quotations and convert opportunities into confirmed rental orders.
• Coordinate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure timely equipment delivery and collection.
• Monitor equipment utilization and identify opportunities to increase rental revenue.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and forecasts in the CRM system.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of sales experience, preferably in construction equipment rental, heavy equipment, industrial equipment, or related industries.
• Valid driving license.
