Agricultural Engineer / Agricultural Supervisor

We are seeking a qualified Agricultural Engineer / Agricultural Supervisor to oversee large-scale date palm operations, enhance productivity, and ensure the implementation of best agricultural practices, particularly in Medjool date palm cultivation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily agricultural and field operations.
• Develop and implement operational and preventive agricultural programs.
• Oversee irrigation systems, fertilization schedules, and pest control programs.
• Manage large-scale date palm cultivation, specifically Medjool date palms.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and quality standards.
• Conduct regular field inspections and prepare performance reports.
• Identify operational risks and implement effective solutions to improve efficiency and yield.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering, Agriculture, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in agricultural operations.
• Proven experience managing no fewer than 5,000 date palm trees.
• Strong experience in date palm cultivation, specifically Medjool date palms.
• Solid knowledge of operational and preventive programs, irrigation systems, and fertilization management.
• Very good command of English.
• Professional certifications in agriculture, sustainability, or quality management are preferred.

مهندس زراعي / مشرف زراعي

نبحث عن مهندس أو مشرف زراعي للإشراف على مشروع نخيل واسع النطاق وتحسين الإنتاجية، مع خبرة متخصصة في زراعة نخيل المجدول.

المسؤوليات:

• الإشراف على العمليات الزراعية اليومية وإدارة الأنشطة الميدانية.
• إعداد وتنفيذ البرامج التشغيلية والوقائية للمزرعة.
• الإشراف على أنظمة الري وبرامج التسميد ومكافحة الآفات.
• إدارة ومتابعة زراعة النخيل، خاصة نخيل المجدول.
• ضمان الالتزام بمعايير الجودة والسلامة والمعايير البيئية.
• إجراء زيارات ميدانية دورية وإعداد تقارير الأداء.
• تحديد المخاطر التشغيلية واقتراح حلول فعالة لرفع الكفاءة وزيادة الإنتاج.

المتطلبات:

• بكالوريوس في الهندسة الزراعية أو الزراعة أو تخصص ذي صلة.
• خبرة لا تقل عن 3-5 سنوات في العمليات الزراعية.
• خبرة مثبتة في إدارة عدد لا يقل عن 5000 نخلة.
• خبرة قوية في زراعة نخيل المجدول.
• معرفة تامة بالبرامج التشغيلية والوقائية وأنظمة الري وإدارة التسميد.
• مستوى جيد جداً في اللغة الإنجليزية.
• يفضل الحاصلون على شهادات مهنية في الزراعة أو الاستدامة أو إدارة الجودة.
