Internal Auditor (Full-Time)

Saudi Nationals Only

We are looking for an objective Internal Auditor to add value and improve our operations through a systematic and disciplined approach to risk management, control, and governance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform and manage the full audit cycle, including risk and control assessment.
• Develop internal audit scope and annual audit plans.
• Analyze accounting documents, reports, and operational data.
• Prepare and present audit reports and findings.
• Identify gaps and recommend risk mitigation and cost-saving measures.
• Maintain effective communication with management and the audit committee.
• Conduct follow-up audits to ensure implementation of recommendations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in Internal Audit or related field.
• Very good command of English.
• Experience in multiple sectors is preferred (Agricultural, Industrial, and General Business).
• Governance-related certifications are preferred.

المسؤوليات:

• تنفيذ دورة التدقيق الكاملة وإدارة المخاطر والرقابة.
• إعداد خطة التدقيق السنوية وتحديد نطاق العمل.
• تحليل المستندات والتقارير والبيانات المالية.
• إعداد وعرض تقارير ونتائج التدقيق.
• تحديد الثغرات واقتراح حلول للحد من المخاطر وخفض التكاليف.
• التواصل الفعال مع الإدارة ولجنة المراجعة.
• تنفيذ مراجعات متابعة لضمان تطبيق التوصيات.

المتطلبات:

• بكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو إدارة الأعمال أو تخصص ذي صلة.
• خبرة من سنتين إلى أربع سنوات في التدقيق الداخلي أو مجال ذي صلة.
• مستوى جيد جداً في اللغة الإنجليزية.
• يفضل وجود خبرة في عدة قطاعات (الزراعي، الصناعي، وقطاع الأعمال بشكل عام).
• يفضل الحاصلون على شهادات متخصصة في الحوكمة.
