تعلن شركة فلاي أكيد (FlyAkeed)، المنصة الرائدة في حجز الرحلات والفنادق في المملكة العربية السعودية، عن توفر وظيفة **Senior PMO & Business Transformation** في مدينة الرياض. يتولى هذا الدور مسؤولية ترجمة رؤية المنظمة إلى خطط تنفيذية قابلة للقياس، بالشراكة المباشرة مع الرئيس التنفيذي، لضمان التوافق بين الأقسام وتحقيق الأهداف الاستراتيجية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • الدعم الاستراتيجي للرئيس التنفيذي: العمل كشريك تشغيلي رئيسي لترجمة الأولويات الاستراتيجية إلى خطط واضحة وأصحاب مسؤولية وجداول زمنية.
  • قيادة وحدة PMO: تأسيس وإدارة وظيفة PMO في فلاي أكيد، بما يشمل المعايير والأطر وممارسات الحوكمة.
  • إدارة المحفظة: الحفاظ على نظرة شاملة لجميع المبادرات، مع كشف الترابطات والمخاطر وتضارب الموارد.
  • حوكمة رشيقة (Agile): امتلاك دليل Agile الخاص بفلاي أكيد، والإشراف على Scrum Masters ومراقبة صحة السباقات وأداء التسليم.
  • التحول المؤسسي: قيادة مبادرات تحسين العمليات عبر التكنولوجيا والمنتج والعمليات ونجاح العملاء والموارد المالية والموارد البشرية.
  • تمكين الذكاء الاصطناعي: قيادة اعتماد الأدوات وسير العمل المدعومة بالذكاء الاصطناعي داخل PMO والوظائف التشغيلية.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة قيادية كبيرة في مناصب PMO عليا أو إدارة مشاريع أو قيادة تشغيلية عبر وظائف متعددة.
  • سجل حافل في قيادة التحول المؤسسي وتبني منهجيات Agile وتحسين العمليات في شركات التكنولوجيا.
  • خبرة في العمل كشريك استراتيجي للإدارة التنفيذية مع القدرة على التأثير دون سلطة مباشرة.
  • خبرة مثبتة في إدارة وتطوير ممارسي التسليم ومنسقي المشاريع.
  • إتقان قوي لتكوين وإدارة Jira عبر أنواع متعددة من المشاريع.
  • الإلمام باستخدام أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي في إدارة المشاريع وتحسين سير العمل.
  • القدرة على العمل ضمن فرق متنوعة ثقافياً وموزعة جغرافياً.

The Senior PMO & Business Transformation is a senior strategic partner to the CEO, responsible for

translating organisational vision into structured, measurable execution across the business. This role

carries the CEO's mandate to drive cross-functional alignment and holds the organisation accountable to

its strategic commitments. It operates at the intersection of strategy and delivery, ensuring the right

work happens in the right order, that initiatives are coordinated effectively, and that nothing important

falls through the cracks. The scope is enterprise-wide: project and programme management, agile

delivery governance, business transformation, AI-enabled process improvement, and strategic initiatives

as directed by the CEO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Support to the CEO: Serve as the primary operational partner to the CEO, translating strategic priorities into clear plans, owners, and timelines
  • PMO Leadership: Establish and lead the FlyAkeed PMO function, including standards, frameworks, and governance practices
  • Portfolio Management: Maintain a portfolio view of all initiatives, surfacing interdependencies, risks, and resourcing conflicts
  • Agile Governance: Own the FlyAkeed Agile Playbook, overseeing Scrum Masters and monitoring sprint health and delivery performance
  • Business Transformation: Lead process improvement initiatives across technology, product, operations, customer success, HR, and finance. AI Enablement: Lead the adoption of AI-enabled tools and workflows within PMO and operational functions
  • Quality & Risk: Maintain oversight of quality practices across squads, including defect management and release readiness
  • Systems Governance: Own Jira configuration, workflow design, and integrations with tools like Slack, GitHub, and Notion
  • Team Development: Directly manage and develop Scrum Masters and the PMO Coordinator

Requirements

  • Leadership Experience: Significant experience in senior PMO leadership, project management, or operational leadership across multiple functions
  • Transformation Track Record: Demonstrated success leading business transformation, agile adoption, or operational improvement in technology companies
  • C-Suite Partnership: Experience as a strategic partner to executives with the ability to influence without direct authority
  • People Management: Proven experience managing and developing delivery practitioners and project coordinators
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong Jira configuration and administration experience across multiple project types
  • AI Familiarity: Comfort using AI tools as applied to project management and workflow improvement
  • Cultural Adaptability: Ability to work across culturally diverse and geographically distributed teams
  • Educational/Consulting Background: Prior consulting or advisory experience is considered an advantage
