We are seeking an experienced Construction Director to lead the successful delivery of large-scale construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record with Tier 1 main contractors and extensive experience managing high-rise and complex building developments from inception to completion

.Key Responsibilitie

• sLead all construction activities to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
• .Oversee project planning, execution, and site operations across multiple large-scale developments
• .Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary construction teams, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
• .Develop and implement construction strategies, methodologies, and execution plans
• .Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation measures to maintain project objectives
• .Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, local regulations, HSE requirements, and quality standards
• .Collaborate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to achieve successful project delivery
• .Drive productivity, cost control, and continuous improvement across construction operations
• .Prepare and present progress reports, forecasts, and key performance indicators to senior management
• .Mentor and develop project teams while fostering a high-performance culture

.Requirement

• sMinimum 20 years of construction experience, including significant experience with Tier 1 main contractors
• .Proven experience delivering multi-billion SAR construction projects, including high-rise towers and other major building developments
• .Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage large, multidisciplinary teams
• .Extensive knowledge of construction methodologies, project management, contract administration, QA/QC, HSE, scheduling, and cost control
• .Strong understanding of local regulations and international construction standards
• .Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• .Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory). A Master's degree is an advantage
