جهة سرية تبحث عن مدير الدفاع والضمان السيبراني (Cybersecurity Defense & Assurance Manager) في المنطقة الشرقية، الظهران، المملكة العربية السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

الإشراف على جهود مراقبة التهديدات واكتشافها، وضمان تحديد التهديدات الناشئة وتحليلها ومعالجتها في الوقت المناسب.
قيادة تنسيق والاستجابة للحوادث السيبرانية، وإدارة فريق الاستجابة للحوادث لضمان الاحتواء الفعال والقضاء والتعافي من التهديدات.
إدارة وتحسين خلاصات استخبارات التهديدات الخاصة بالمؤسسة، وتحديد فجوات المعلومات واستخدام المعرفة بجهات التهديد لتحسين جمع الاستخبارات وإعداد التقارير.
القيادة الفاعلة لأنشطة صيد التهديدات الاستباقية، وتحديد الثغرات والتهديدات المحتملة قبل أن تتحول إلى حوادث، والاستفادة من استخبارات التهديدات وتحليلات السلوك.
تعزيز الجاهزية التكيفية من خلال التحسين المستمر لقدرات اكتشاف التهديدات والاستجابة لها بناءً على التهديدات ونواقل الهجوم المتطورة.
توجيه تحقيقات الطب الشرعي الرقمي، وتحليل الأنشطة الضارة وثغرات الأنظمة وطرق الاستغلال لدعم جهود الاستجابة للحوادث والتعافي.
قيادة أنشطة الضمان الأمني لتحسين وحماية أصول ووظائف الأمن السيبراني في جميع أنحاء الشركة.
إيصال نتائج الأمن وتأثير الثغرات المحددة على الأعمال إلى الإدارة والقيادة وفرق تقنية المعلومات لدعم جهود المعالجة في الوقت المناسب.
الإشراف على تخطيط وتنفيذ اختبارات اختراق التطبيقات والبنية التحتية (VAPT) وتمارين الفريق الأحمر ومراجعات التكوين عبر جميع أصول الشركة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

درجة البكالوريوس في الأمن السيبراني أو أمن المعلومات أو علوم الحاسب أو مجال ذي صلة.
خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في مجال الأمن السيبراني، مع التركيز على الدفاع والضمان السيبراني.

المهارات المطلوبة

خبرة قوية في هندسة مراقبة الأمن واكتشافه (Security monitoring and detection engineering).
القدرة على قيادة الاستجابة للحوادث وإدارة الأزمات (Incident response leadership and crisis management).
قدرة تحليلية واتخاذ قرارات قائمة على المخاطر (Risk-based analytical and decision-making capability).

Responsibilities:

Oversee threat monitoring and detection efforts, ensuring that emerging threats are identified, analyzed, and addressed in a timely manner.
Lead the coordination and response to cyber incidents, managing the incident response team to ensure effective containment, eradication, and recovery from threats.
Manage and refine the organization's threat intelligence feeds, identifying information gaps and using knowledge of threat actors to improve intelligence collection and reporting.
Drive proactive threat hunting activities, identifying potential vulnerabilities and threats before they materialize into incidents, leveraging threat intelligence and behavior analytics.
Enhance adaptive readiness by continually improving threat detection and response capabilities based on evolving threats and attack vectors.
Direct digital forensics investigations, analyzing malicious activities, system vulnerabilities, and exploitation methods to support incident response and recovery efforts.
Lead security assurance activities to optimize and safeguard cybersecurity assets and functions across the Company.
Communicate security findings and the business impact of identified vulnerabilities to management, leadership, and IT teams to support timely remediation efforts.
Oversee the planning and execution of VAPT, Red Teaming exercises, and configuration reviews across all assets of the Company.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, or related field.

Experience:

Minimum of 8 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on Cybersecurity Defense and Assurance.
