شركة بارسونز (Parsons Corporation) تبحث عن مهندس QA/QC (سعودي الجنسية) للانضمام إلى فريق الموقع في مشروع تطوير عام رئيسي في الدرعية، الرياض، يشمل حدائق عامة ومساحات مفتوحة وأكثر من 55 كيلومتراً من واجهات الشوارع.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • مراجعة مستندات المواد المقدمة من المقاول والحصول على الموافقات المطلوبة وفقاً للمعايير ومواصفات المشروع.
  • يكون نقطة الاتصال الرئيسية لجدولة ومراقبة مواد ومعدات البناء في موقع العمل.
  • إجراء عمليات التفتيش للتأكد من أن العمل قد تم وفقاً لمواصفات العقد.
  • تنسيق أعمال الاستشاريين الفرعيين لاختبار المواد.
  • الحفاظ على الملفات المكتبية المتعلقة بالمشروع وعمليات تفتيش المواد وكتابة التقارير اليومية.
  • إعداد التقارير اليومية والوثائق الأخرى حسب متطلبات العقد.
  • التحقق من أن المواد المعتمدة فقط هي المستخدمة في العمل.
  • التعرف على النزاعات والمشكلات المحتملة في مواد البناء ورفعها للمشرف مع الحل المقترح.
  • جمع ومراجعة وحفظ شهادات المطابقة ووثائق السلامة وعلامات التفتيش والمعلومات الأخرى ذات الصلة بالمواد المستخدمة.
  • تقديم التوجيه الفني للمستويات الأدنى عند الحاجة.
  • المشاركة في تطوير ممارسات سلامة العمل وإعداد تقارير السلامة.
  • المشاركة في تطوير تقارير وإجراءات مراقبة الجودة.
  • القدرة على إجراء الحسابات الهندسية والرسوم البيانية والجداول.
  • مراقبة وتسجيل تنفيذ العمل والتحقق من مطابقته للطرق المعتمدة.
  • التأكد من أن المواد المسلمة معتمدة ومخزنة بشكل صحيح.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في المجال الهندسي، منها 5 سنوات على الأقل كمهندس مواد في مشاريع البنية التحتية المحددة.
  • خبرة في تشغيل وصيانة الطرق والطرق السريعة والجسور في مواقع محلية و/أو دولية.
  • معرفة بقواعد اللغة الإنجليزية وقواعد الصياغة، والقدرة على التواصل بوضوح شفهياً وكتابياً، وإعداد الرسائل المكتوبة والرسوم البيانية البسيطة.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • القدرة على الامتثال لمجموعة متعددة من المتطلبات حسب المشروع بناءً على معايير العميل والصناعة.
  • القدرة على التعرف على ظروف العمل الخطرة واتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة.
  • القدرة على استخدام الحكم السليم والعمل مع الآخرين.

Job Description

Parsons is looking for an exceptionally talented QA/QC Engineer to join our site team on a major public realm development in Diriyah, which includes a series of iconic and neighborhood parks, open spaces, and over 55 kilometers of streetscape. The objective of this program is to create a vibrant, inclusive environment that enhances livability, accessibility, and community well-being.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Review the Contractor's material submittals and obtain the required approvals according to the applicable standards and project specifications.
  • Serves as the focal point for the scheduling and control of construction materials and equipment at the job site
  • Conducts inspections to determine if work has been done in accordance with contract specifications.
  • Coordinates work of subconsultants for material testing
  • Maintains office files related to the project, material inspections and writes daily diaries.
  • Prepares daily reports and other documentation, as required by the contract
  • Verifies that only approved materials are incorporated in the work
  • Recognizes potential conflicts, issues and problems on construction materials, and reports to supervisor with proposed solution
  • Collects, reviews and files Certificate of Compliance, MSDS, inspection tags and other information relevant to the materials used.
  • May provide technical guidance to lower-level
  • Participates in the development of job safety practices and in the preparation of safety reports
  • Participates in the development of quality control reports and procedures
  • Capability to perform math calculation in order to prepare engineering calculations, graphs and charts
  • Observe, check and record works execution is in accordance with approved methods
  • Check material delivered are as approved and properly stored


What Required Skills You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
  • Minimum of 8 years engineering experience and a minimum of 5 years' experience as material engineer in the specific infrastructure projects.
  • Experience in the operations and maintenance of roads, highway, bridges at domestic and/or foreign locations.
  • Knowledge of English grammar and composition, the ability to communicate clearly both orally and in writing; to follow oral and written instructions, prepare written messages and simple charts and graphs.

  • Ability to comply with multitude of requirements as applicable to the project based on client and industry standards
  • Must be able to recognize hazardous work conditions and take action if necessary
  • Ability to use good judgment and work with others is required
