تقدم فقيه للرعاية الصحية وظيفة فني صيدلية - عيادات خارجية في مكة المكرمة.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

تقديم خدمات صيدلية مثلى للمرضى الخارجيين وغيرهم من العملاء.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تجميع وصرف أوامر الأدوية الصيدلية تحت إشراف صيدلي مرخص.
  • إعادة تعبئة الأشكال الفموية للجرعات لصرفها للعيادات الخارجية، ووضع ملصقات على العبوات المعاد تعبئتها مع السجل المناسب.
  • تحديد ومعالجة الأدوية القريبة من انتهاء الصلاحية وظروف التخزين المناسبة للمنتجات الدوائية والحفاظ على السجل اللازم.
  • حساب كمية المنتج الدوائي اللازمة لتحضير الوصفة.
  • إظهار المعرفة بالتخزين والمناولة الصحيحة للمواد الخطرة في مكان العمل، بالإضافة إلى إجراءات الإسعافات الأولية اللازمة للتعرض العرضي.
  • ترتيب مخزون الأدوية من مستودع التموين الطبي للحفاظ على تزويد كافٍ في الصيدلية.
  • ضمان سلامة المرضى والإدارة الآمنة للأدوية في جميع الأوقات.
  • إظهار المعرفة بالأدوية التي لا تستلزم وصفة طبية (OTC) شائعة الاستخدام.
  • الإبلاغ لرئيس الصيدلية عن أي أخطاء دوائية يتم اكتشافها وتفاعلات دوائية ضارة (ADR).
  • الانخراط في برنامج تعليم مستمر حول ممارسات إدارة الأدوية والأدوية عالية الخطورة والأخطاء الدوائية وغيرها.
  • تثقيف المرضى وعائلاتهم حول الحالات الصحية والعلاجات والتدابير الوقائية عند الاقتضاء.
  • المهام المتعلقة بأتمتة صيدلية العيادات الخارجية إذا كانت مطبقة: الحفاظ على مخزون جهاز التخزين والاسترجاع الآلي في صيدلية العيادات الخارجية، ويكون خط الدعم الأول لحل المشكلات والتنسيق مع الدعم الفني للبائع، والتنسيق لأعمال الصيانة وحل المشكلات وحالات التوقف.
  • أداء المهام الأخرى الموكلة ضمن نطاق الوظيفة.
  • جميع موظفي فقيه للرعاية الصحية مسؤولون عن التحسين المستمر، بما في ذلك: أداء جميع المهام بأسلوب يدعم قيم الرعاية المتمحورة حول الشخص في فقيه، والمساهمة النشطة في مبادرات التحسين المستمر ضمن نطاق الدور، والالتزام ببروتوكولات السلامة ومعالجة أي مخاوف متعلقة بالسلامة الوظيفية، والحفاظ على السرية التامة لجميع المعلومات الحساسة، والامتثال لسياسات وأمن المعلومات السيبرانية، والالتزام بقواعد السلوك والمدونة الأخلاقية، وإكمال التعليم الإلزامي حسب المتطلبات قبل شهر على الأقل من انتهاء الصلاحية.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • المهارات: السعي النشط لتطوير المهارات المهنية من خلال التدريب والخبرة المهنية المناسبة.
  • الخبرة: من 0 إلى 2 سنة في بيئة صيدلية مستشفى.
  • التعليم: دبلوم في الصيدلة.
  • اللغة: إجادة جيدة للغة الإنجليزية شفهياً وكتابياً، واللغة العربية مفضلة.
  • التراخيص: رخصة مزاولة المهنة من هيئة التنظيم الصحي الإقليمية (مثل SCFHS / DHA).

Description

Job Purpose:

Provides the outpatients and other customers with the optimum pharmacy services.

Key Responsibilities And Duties

  • Assembles and Dispenses pharmacy medications orders under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
  • Performs re-packaging of oral dosage forms for outpatient dispensing, labels the re-packed containers with an appropriate record.
  • Identifies and appropriately handles the nearly expired medications, storage and conditions for drug products and maintains necessary record.
  • Calculates the amount of the drug product to prepare for a prescription.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of proper storage & handling of hazardous materials found in her/him workplace, as well as first aid measures necessary for accidental exposure.
  • Arranges the medications' stocks from medical stockroom to maintain an adequate supply of the stocks in the pharmacy.
  • Ensures patient safety and safe medication management are practiced at all times.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of commonly used non-prescription drugs (OTC).
  • Reports to the pharmacy head any discovered medication errors & ADR.
  • Enrolls in continuous education program regarding medication management practices, high risk medications, medication errors and others.
  • Educates patients and their families about health conditions, treatments and preventative measures if applicable.
  • Outpatient Pharmacy Automation related functions if applicable:
  • Maintain the stock of the Automated Storage and Retrieval Device in the outpatient pharmacy.
  • Serves as first line for troubleshooting and coordinates involvement of vendor technical support.
  • Coordinates automation maintenance, troubleshooting, and downtime.
  • Performs other duties as assigned within the scope of the job.

Requirements

Skills and Abilities:

Actively strive to upgrade professional skills through engaging in appropriate professional training and experience.

Experience

0 - 2 years’ experience with hospital pharmacy setting.

Education

Diploma in pharmacy.

Language

Good command of oral and written English / Arabic Preferable.

Licenses / Certifications

License for practice as per the regional health regulatory authority e.g. (SCFHS / DHA)
