المهام والمسؤوليات
- المسؤولية عن جميع الأعطال الميكانيكية في منطقة المسؤولية.
- فحص المعدات والمحافظة على حالتها الأساسية.
- ضمان الحفاظ على معايير وضوابط التشغيل الميكانيكي بجودة عالية.
- الالتزام بأنظمة الصيانة التصحيحية والوقائية والمجدولة ونظام كانبان.
- الامتثال لإرشادات وإجراءات السلامة (HSE).
- التنسيق مع فريق الصيانة لجميع أنشطة التحسين المستمر.
- ضمان التعامل السليم مع المنتجات الكيميائية.
- الامتثال لجميع متطلبات HSE وسلامة الغذاء HACCP داخل مكان العمل.
- الامتثال لجميع متطلبات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة في مكان العمل.
- ضمان الامتثال لممارسات التصنيع الجيدة (GMP) و 5S في مكان العمل.
- الامتثال لإجراءات التصنيع الجيد والدفاع عن الغذاء وغيرها من الإجراءات ذات الصلة.
- تقليل متوسط وقت الإصلاح (MTTR) في الخطوط من خلال التواجد الفعال.
- تحليل أي انحرافات والإبلاغ عنها، وإكمال الإشعارات M1 و M2 و M3 في نظام الصيانة الوقائية وتأكيد الأوامر.
- الإبلاغ عن الأعطال وتحديد الحاجة إلى الإصلاحات الشاملة وخطط الصيانة الوقائية وقطع الغيار.
- تطوير خطط الدروس لحالات الأعطال الكبرى باستخدام تحليل السبب الجذري (RCA).
- دعم التواصل مع الشركة المصنعة للمعدات الأصلية (OEM) بخصوص قطع الغيار والمشكلات الحرجة.
- دعم الصيانة والإصلاح واستكشاف الأخطاء والخبرات متعددة المهارات ومناولة المواد والمشاريع والأتمتة والمحركات وغيرها.
- أداء مهام بديل المشرف المباشر.
- المساعدة في خطة تطوير الفريق والتدريبات.
- إجراء عمليات الإصلاح الشامل للمعدات والمحركات والمفاتيح الكهربائية والمكونات الأخرى في المصنع دون دعم.
- تحديد الدعم المحلي، وتوطين قطع الغيار، وتقديم أفكار فعالة من حيث التكلفة.
- الامتثال لإرشادات سياسة الاستدامة لشركة BRF وضمان الالتزام بخطة الاستدامة من خلال الأنشطة اليومية التي تعزز المؤشرات والالتزامات البيئية والاجتماعية والحوكمة (ESG).
الشروط والمتطلبات
- دورة تقنية لمدة سنتين في تخصص الميكانيكا أو أي مجال ذي صلة.

Job Description
- Responsible for all Mechanical breakdowns in his area of responsibility.
- Check equipment and maintain to basic condition
- Ensure Mechanical operations, standards and controls are maintained at high quality.
- Adhere to Corrective, Preventive, Scheduled Maintenance and Kanban system,
- Comply with safety guidelines and procedures. (HSE).
- Co-ordinate with Maintenance team for all continuous improvement activities.
- Ensure proper handling of chemical products.
- Comply with all HSE and food safety HACCP requirements and pre-requirements within the workplace.
- Comply with all Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) requirements within the workplace.
- Ensure GMP and 5S compliance within the workplace.
- Comply with Good Manufacturing Process and Food Defense requirements, and other applicable procedure related to the scope of the job.
- Reduce the mean time of repair (MTTR) in the lines, through effective presence in the line.
- Analyze and report any anomalies, complete notifications M1, M2 and M3 in the PM system and confirm orders
- Reports faults and identifies requirement for overhauls, PM plan and spares
- Develop lesson plans for major trouble shooting cases using RCA
- Support to talk with OEM for spare and critical issues,
- Supports maintenance, Repair and troubleshooting, multiskilled expertices, MHE, Projects, Automation, Motors, etc.
- Perform duties as back up of immediate supervisor.
- Assist in team development plan and trainings,
- Perform overhauling of equipment’s, motors, switch gears and another component in the factory without supports.
- Identify local support, localization of spares and cost-effective ideas
- Comply with BRF Sustainability Policy guidelines, ensure adherence to BRF Sustainability Plan through activities in its routines that promotes compliance with the indicators and global ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) commitments of the Company, ensuring the connection between its actions and sustainable development in the BRF chain.
