انضم إلى شركة MBRF، إحدى أكبر شركات الأغذية في العالم، ونمّ مسيرتك المهنية في منصب محلل FP&A في جدة، المملكة العربية السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إعداد التوقعات والمحاكاة المالية الأسبوعية والشهرية (OTC، إغلاق مؤقت).
  • دعم دورات التخطيط الشهرية والربع سنوية والسنوية (التوقعات، خطة الدورة).
  • العمل بشكل وثيق مع الفرق التجارية للتوافق على الأهداف والتوقعات المالية.
  • إعداد تقارير وعروض مالية دورية لأصحاب المصلحة الداخليين.
  • تحليل الربحية حسب العميل وفئة المنتج (P&L للعميل).
  • دعم تتبع الاستثمار التجاري وG2N من خلال التقارير ولوحات المعلومات.
  • الحفاظ على البيانات المالية وتحديثها في SAP وأدوات التقارير.
  • تنفيذ محاكاة مالية وتكلفة أساسية للمبادرات الجديدة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال، الاقتصاد، المحاسبة، أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة من 2-3 سنوات في دور مالي مماثل، ويفضل في صناعة السلع الاستهلاكية سريعة الحركة (FMCG).
  • متحدث أصلي باللغة العربية مع إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية كتابةً وتحدثاً.
  • إتقان استخدام تطبيقات Microsoft Office، وخاصة Excel وPowerPoint وPowerBI.
  • خبرة في SAP (يفضل).
  • سعودي الجنسية ومقيم في جدة.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • مهارات حل المشكلات مع عقلية تحليلية، موجهة نحو النتائج، وتعاونية.
  • القدرة على الحفاظ على العلاقات مع الفرق متعددة الوظائف.
  • التعامل مع بيئات الضغط العالي وتحقيق النتائج ضمن مواعيد نهائية ضيقة.

What will you be doing at MBRF?


  • Prepare weekly and monthly financial forecasts and simulations (OTC, soft close)
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual planning cycles (forecast, cycle plan)
  • Work closely with commercial teams to align on targets and financial outlook
  • Prepare regular financial reports and presentations for internal stakeholders
  • Analyze profitability by customer and product category (Customer P&L)
  • Support trade investment and G2N tracking through reports and dashboards
  • Maintain and update financial data in SAP and reporting tools
  • Run basic financial and cost simulations for new initiatives


What kind of profile are we looking for?


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar finance role; preferably in the FMCG industry
  • Native Arabic speaker with written and spoken English proficiency
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint and PowerBI
  • Experience with SAP (preferred)
  • Saudi national based in Jeddah
