انضم إلى MBRF، إحدى أكبر شركات الأغذية في العالم، في وظيفة فني ميكانيكي ورشة (Workshop Mechanical Technician) بمدينة جدة، المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء أعمال الإصلاح الميكانيكي والتجديد والتعديل واللحام والتصنيع للآلات والمعدات
- تشغيل معدات الورش مثل المخرطة وآلة التفريز والمقشطة والمثقاب والجلايات والمنشار الشريطي
- تنفيذ الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية وفقًا لمعايير وإجراءات الصيانة المعتمدة
- فحص وصيانة معدات الورش والأدوات الخاصة وقطع الغيار لضمان تشغيلها بحالة جيدة
- قراءة وتفسير الرسومات الهندسية ورسومات P&ID والرسومات الميكانيكية والهوائية والهيدروليكية
- دعم أنشطة التحسين المستمر وموثوقية المعدات بالتعاون مع فريق الصيانة
- ضمان النظافة والترتيب في الورشة والامتثال لمتطلبات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE) وتطبيق أنظمة GMP و5S وHACCP وسلامة الغذاء
الشروط والمتطلبات
- دبلوم أو شهادة فنية في تخصص الميكانيكا العامة أو الخراطة أو اللحام أو مجال تقني ذي صلة
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في أعمال الورش واللحام والصيانة الميكانيكية، ويفضل في مجال الأغذية أو السلع الاستهلاكية سريعة التداول (FMCG) أو بيئة صناعية مماثلة
- خبرة عملية في اللحام بالقوس الكهربائي واللحام بالغاز ولحام الأرجون/TIG
- خبرة في تشغيل المخارط وآلات التفريز والحفر والتجليخ وغيرها من معدات الورش
- معرفة بالمكونات الميكانيكية وأنظمة الدفع والأنظمة الهيدروليكية والهوائية والتزييت
- القدرة على قراءة وتفسير الرسومات الفنية والهندسية
- المعرفة الأساسية ببرنامج SAP وMicrosoft Office (ميزة إضافية)
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية بمستوى يسمح بأعمال التجارية
- الإقامة في جدة أو الاستعداد للانتقال إليها

What will you be doing at MBRF?
- Perform mechanical repair, refurbishment, modification, welding and fabrication activities for machinery and equipment
- Operate machine shop equipment such as lathe, milling machine, shaper, planer, drill press, grinders and band saw
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance according to established maintenance standards and procedures
- Inspect and maintain workshop equipment, special tools and spare equipment in good working condition
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, P&IDs, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic drawings
- Support continuous improvement and equipment reliability activities together with the Maintenance team
- Ensure proper workshop housekeeping and comply with HSE, GMP, 5S, HACCP and food safety requirements
- Technical diploma/certificate in Mechanical Trade, Turning, Welding or a related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in machine shop, welding and mechanical maintenance activities, preferably within Food/FMCG or a similar industrial environment
- Hands-on experience in arc welding, gas welding and argon/TIG welding
- Experience operating lathe, milling, drilling, grinding and other machine shop equipment
- Knowledge of mechanical components, drives, hydraulic and pneumatic systems and lubrication
- Ability to read and interpret technical and engineering drawings
- Basic knowledge of SAP and MS Office is an advantage
- Business-level English proficiency
- Based in Jeddah or willing to relocate
- Strong hands-on mechanical and troubleshooting skills
