المهام والمسؤوليات
- تنفيذ أعمال الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية والدورية لضمان تشغيل المعدات الميكانيكية بأمان وموثوقية وكفاءة
- تشخيص وإصلاح الأنظمة الميكانيكية والهوائية والهيدروليكية، بما في ذلك المحركات ومعدات الإنتاج
- الاستجابة للأعطال الطارئة في المعدات، وتحديد الأسباب الجذرية، واتخاذ الإجراءات لتقليل وقت التوقف وتحسين أداء المعدات
- فحص المعدات وتحديد احتياجات الصيانة، ودعم التخطيط للإصلاحات الشاملة والصيانة الوقائية وقطع الغيار
- تسجيل مشكلات المعدات وأنشطة الصيانة وأوامر العمل بدقة في نظام SAP
- التعاون الوثيق مع فرق الإنتاج والصيانة والموردين والمصنّعين الأصليين (OEMs) في أعمال الإصلاح والمشكلات الفنية ومبادرات التحسين المستمر
- دعم مبادرات التحسين باستخدام أدوات مثل تحليل السبب الجذري (RCA) والمساهمة في إيجاد حلول للمشكلات الفنية المتكررة
- ضمان امتثال جميع أنشطة الصيانة لمعايير الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE)، وسلامة الأغذية، ونظام تحليل المخاطر ونقاط التحكم الحرجة (HACCP)، وممارسات التصنيع الجيدة (GMP)، ونظام 5S، وأمن الغذاء (Food Defense)، ومعايير السلامة الخاصة بالشركة
الشروط والمتطلبات
- مؤهل تقني/مهني لا يقل عن سنتين في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو تكنولوجيا الميكانيكا أو مجال ذي صلة، ويفضّل في مجال صناعة الأغذية/السلع الاستهلاكية سريعة الحركة (FMCG)
- خبرة عملية قوية في المعدات الميكانيكية وأنظمة الدفع والتزييت والأنظمة الهيدروليكية والهوائية، بما في ذلك التشخيص والإصلاح
- القدرة على قراءة وتفسير الرسومات الهندسية ورسومات P&ID والرسومات الهوائية والهيدروليكية، مع معرفة بالمعايير والكودات الميكانيكية ذات الصلة
- معرفة بتصنيع الأغذية وسلامة الأغذية وممارسات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE)، بما في ذلك HACCP وGMP و5S
- معرفة بنظام SAP وبرامج Microsoft Office، مع الإلمام بأدوات حل المشكلات مثل RCA وPDCA
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية بمستوى يسمح بالعمل
- الإقامة في جدة أو الاستعداد للانتقال إليها، مع المرونة في التنقل إلى موقع المصنع

What will you be doing at MBRF?
- Perform preventive, corrective and scheduled maintenance to ensure the safe, reliable and efficient operation of mechanical equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, including motors, drives and production equipment
- Respond to equipment breakdowns, identify root causes and take actions to minimize downtime and improve equipment performance
- Inspect equipment, identify maintenance needs and support overhaul, preventive maintenance and spare-part planning
- Record equipment issues, maintenance activities and work orders accurately in SAP
- Work closely with Production, Maintenance, suppliers and OEMs on repairs, technical issues and continuous improvement activities
- Support improvement initiatives using tools such as RCA and contribute to solutions for recurring technical issues
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with HSE, food safety, HACCP, GMP, 5S, Food Defense and company safety standards
- Minimum 2-year technical/vocational qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Technology or a related field preferably in the Food/FMCG industry
- Strong hands-on knowledge of mechanical equipment, drives, lubrication, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, including troubleshooting and repair
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, P&IDs, pneumatic and hydraulic drawings, with knowledge of relevant mechanical codes and standards
- Knowledge of food manufacturing, food safety and HSE practices, including HACCP, GMP and 5S
- Knowledge of SAP and MS Office, with familiarity with problem-solving tools such as RCA and PDCA
- Business-level English proficiency
- Based in Jeddah or willing to relocate to Jeddah, with flexibility to commute to the factory location
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical and practical problem-solving skills
- Safety and quality-focused mindset with attention to detail
- Good communication, teamwork and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with different teams, suppliers and stakeholders in a multicultural environment
