المهام والمسؤوليات
- تشغيل ومراقبة وصيانة محطة معالجة مياه الصرف الصحي (WWTP) لضمان جودة المياه المعالجة وفقًا لمعايير الشركة والبيئة.
- إجراء التشغيل الروتيني وصيانة معدات المحطة بما في ذلك منافيخ الهواء، المضخات، المصافي، أنظمة فصل ونقل الحمأة، أنظمة الجرعات، المُوضِحات ومعدات المعالجة ذات الصلة.
- مراقبة معايير المعالجة، إجراء التحاليل المخبرية، تسجيل البيانات التشغيلية وتعديل الجرعات الكيميائية عند الحاجة.
- تشخيص المشكلات الميكانيكية والكهربائية والتحكمية ودعم أنشطة الصيانة التصحيحية والوقائية والمجدولة.
- فحص المعدات بانتظام، تحديد الأعطال واتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية لضمان التشغيل الموثوق وتقليل وقت التوقف.
- تسجيل أنشطة الصيانة والتشغيل بدقة في نظام SAP ودعم أنشطة التحسين المستمر.
- ضمان التعامل السليم مع المواد الكيميائية والأدوات ومعدات الوقاية الشخصية والحفاظ على النظافة الجيدة في جميع مناطق المحطة.
- التأكد من أن جميع الأنشطة تتوافق مع معايير الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE)، HACCP، GMP، 5S، سلامة الغذاء ومعايير الشركة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- مؤهل فني/مهني لا يقل عن سنتين في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الكهربائية أو الإلكترونية أو الدراسات البيئية/الكيميائية أو مجال تقني ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في تشغيل وصيانة محطات معالجة مياه الصرف الصحي والمعدات ذات الصلة، ويفضل في صناعة الأغذية / السلع الاستهلاكية سريعة الحركة (FMCG).
- معرفة عملية بعمليات ومعدات WWTP بما في ذلك المضخات، المنافيخ، الجرعات الكيميائية، معالجة الحمأة، الترشيح ومراقبة جودة المياه.
- القدرة على تشخيص الأنظمة الميكانيكية/الكهربائية وقراءة الرسومات الهندسية ورسومات P&ID والمخططات الفنية ذات الصلة.
- معرفة بتحليل المياه/مياه الصرف الصحي، التعامل مع المواد الكيميائية، معايير HSE والبيئة المطبقة؛ الإلمام بـ SAP، MS Office، RCA، PDCA و5S.
- الإلمام بأنظمة التحكم PLC، BMS، DCS، SCADA أو HMI يعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية بمستوى يسمح بالتواصل التجاري.
- الإقامة في جدة أو الاستعداد للانتقال إليها، مع المرونة للتنقل إلى موقع المصنع.

What will you be doing at MBRF?
- Operate, monitor and maintain the Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) to ensure treated water quality meets company and environmental standards
- Perform routine operation and maintenance of WWTP equipment, including air blowers, pumps, screens, sludge separation and transfer systems, dosing systems, clarifiers and related treatment equipment
- Monitor treatment parameters, perform laboratory analysis, maintain operational records and adjust chemical dosing when required
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and control-related issues and support corrective, preventive and scheduled maintenance activities
- Inspect equipment regularly, identify abnormalities and take corrective actions to ensure reliable operation and minimize downtime
- Record maintenance and operational activities accurately in SAP and support continuous improvement activities
- Ensure proper handling of chemicals, tools and PPE and maintain good housekeeping across WWTP areas
- Ensure all activities comply with HSE, environmental, HACCP, GMP, 5S, food safety and company standards
- Minimum 2-year technical/vocational qualification in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronic Engineering, Environmental/Chemical studies or a related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the operation and maintenance of wastewater treatment plants and related equipment, preferably within the Food/FMCG industry
- Hands-on knowledge of WWTP processes and equipment, including pumps, blowers, chemical dosing, sludge handling, filtration and water quality monitoring
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical/electrical systems and read engineering drawings, P&IDs and relevant technical diagrams
- Knowledge of water/wastewater analysis, chemical handling, HSE and applicable environmental standards; familiarity with SAP, MS Office, RCA, PDCA and 5S
- Familiarity with PLC, BMS, DCS, SCADA or HMI control systems is an advantage
- Business-level English proficiency
- Based in Jeddah or willing to relocate to Jeddah, with flexibility to commute to the factory location
- Strong troubleshooting and practical problem-solving skills
