MBRF تبحث عن فني معايرة (Calibration Technician) للعمل في جدة، المملكة العربية السعودية، ضمن فريق الصيانة في إحدى أكبر شركات الأغذية في العالم.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تنفيذ أنشطة المعايرة لأجهزة ومعدات المصنع وفقًا لخطة المعايرة المعتمدة والإجراءات والمواصفات الفنية.
- إجراء الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية لأجهزة الاختبار والمعدات الطرفية لضمان الدقة والموثوقية.
- تحليل وتفسير بيانات المعايرة، وتحديد الانحرافات واتخاذ الإجراءات المناسبة لإكمال أنشطة المعايرة.
- الحفاظ على قاعدة بيانات دقيقة ومحدثة للأجهزة وسجلات المعايرة والتقارير والشهادات.
- ضمان امتثال أنشطة المعايرة والوثائق للإجراءات الداخلية ومتطلبات التدقيق والمعايير المعمول بها.
- التنسيق مع شركات وموردي المعايرة الخارجيين للحصول على خدمات المعايرة والوثائق والشهادات عند الحاجة.
- العمل عن كثب مع فرق الصيانة والإنتاج لدعم موثوقية المعدات والمتطلبات التشغيلية، وضمان الامتثال لمعايير الصحة والسلامة والبيئة وسلامة الأغذية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- مؤهل فني أو مهني في هندسة الأجهزة أو تكنولوجيا الأجهزة أو مجال تقني ذي صلة.
- خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال الأجهزة والمعايرة، ويفضل في صناعة الأغذية أو السلع الاستهلاكية سريعة التداول أو الأدوية.
- معرفة عملية بمعايرة الأجهزة ومعدات الاختبار وإجراءات المعايرة والوثائق المرتبطة بها.
- القدرة على تحليل وتفسير البيانات الفنية والحفاظ على سجلات وشهادات معايرة دقيقة.
- معرفة أساسية بمتطلبات تصنيع الأغذية وسلامة الأغذية؛ ومعرفة بنظام SAP PM تعتبر ميزة.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية بمستوى الأعمال، والإقامة في جدة أو الاستعداد للانتقال إليها مع المرونة في التنقل إلى موقع المصنع.

What will you be doing at MBRF?
- Perform calibration activities for factory instruments and equipment in line with the approved calibration plan, procedures and technical specifications
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of test apparatus and peripheral equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability
- Analyze and interpret calibration data, identify deviations and take appropriate actions to complete calibration activities
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of instruments, calibration records, reports and certificates
- Ensure calibration activities and documentation comply with internal procedures, audit requirements and applicable standards
- Coordinate with external calibration companies and suppliers for calibration services, documentation and certificates when required
- Work closely with Maintenance and Production teams to support equipment reliability and operational requirements
- Ensure all activities comply with HSE, food safety and company standards and procedures
- Technical/vocational qualification in Instrumentation Engineering, Instrumentation Technology or a related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in instrumentation and calibration, preferably within the Food, FMCG or Pharmaceutical industry
- Practical knowledge of instrument calibration, test equipment, calibration procedures and related documentation
- Ability to analyze and interpret technical data and maintain accurate calibration records and certificates
- Basic knowledge of food manufacturing and food safety requirements; familiarity with SAP PM is preferred
- Business-level English proficiency
- Based in Jeddah or willing to relocate to Jeddah, with flexibility to commute to the factory location
