المهام والمسؤوليات
- دعم تنفيذ وتحسين معايير وبرامج الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE) في جميع العمليات.
- إجراء تفتيشات سلامة دورية وتقييمات مخاطر وتقييمات مريبة، وتحديد الظروف غير الآمنة وضمان اتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية في الوقت المناسب.
- تسجيل ومتابعة الحوادث والإصابات والحوادث الوشيكة والظروف غير الآمنة والانحرافات السلوكية.
- دعم والمشاركة في تحقيقات الحوادث وتحليل الأسباب الجذرية وتخطيط الإجراءات.
- مراقبة مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية للصحة والسلامة والبيئة، والمساهمة في لجان السلامة ومجموعات العمل ومبادرات التحسين.
- ضمان حصول الموظفين والزوار على تدريبات HSE المناسبة، بما في ذلك محادثات الأدوات المنتظمة وأنشطة التوعية بالسلامة.
- مراقبة الاستخدام الصحيح وتوفر معدات الوقاية الشخصية، ودعم الامتثال لممارسات العمل الآمنة.
- تنسيق أنشطة الحماية من الحرائق والتأهب للطوارئ والتدريبات والوثائق ذات الصلة.
- الحفاظ على إجراءات HSE والسجلات والتقارير وفقًا لمعايير الشركة والمتطلبات القانونية المحلية.
- العمل بشكل وثيق مع فرق الإنتاج والصيانة والجودة والخدمات اللوجستية والموارد البشرية وغيرها لتعزيز ثقافة السلامة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس أو الدبلوم مع مؤهل مهني مناسب في الصحة والسلامة والبيئة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال HSE، ويفضل في بيئة صناعية أو تصنيعية أو تشغيلية مماثلة.
- شهادات مهنية في HSE مثل NEBOSH IGC و/أو IOSH و/أو OSHA.
- تسجيل/اعتماد في منصة كوادر كمتخصص أو ممارس HSE.
- معرفة جيدة بأطر OSHA وممارسات الصحة والسلامة المهنية والمتطلبات التنظيمية المحلية.
- إلمام بتقييم المخاطر والتحقيق في الحوادث والاستجابة للطوارئ وعمليات السلامة من الحرائق.
- معرفة SAP وAriba ميزة إضافية.
- إجادة اللغة العربية كلغة أم والإنجليزية بمستوى تجاري.
- مرونة للعمل في جداول مختلفة عند الحاجة تشغيليًا، بما في ذلك المناوبات الليلية وعطلات نهاية الأسبوع والعطلات الرسمية.
- الإقامة حاليًا في جدة، المملكة العربية السعودية، أو الاستعداد للانتقال إلى جدة.

What will you be doing at MBRF?
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards and programs across operations
- Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments and ergonomic evaluations, identifying unsafe conditions and ensuring timely corrective actions
- Record and follow up on incidents, accidents, near misses, unsafe conditions and behavioral deviations
- Support and participate in incident investigations, root cause analysis and action planning
- Monitor HSE KPIs and contribute to safety committees, working groups and improvement initiatives
- Ensure employees and visitors receive appropriate HSE training, including regular toolbox talks and safety awareness activities
- Monitor the correct use and availability of PPE and support compliance with safe working practices
- Coordinate fire protection activities, emergency preparedness, drills and related documentation
- Maintain HSE procedures, records and reports in line with company standards and local legal requirements
- Work closely with Production, Maintenance, Quality, Logistics, HR and other teams to strengthen the overall safety culture
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma with a relevant professional qualification in Health, Safety & Environment
- Minimum 2 years of HSE experience, preferably within an industrial, manufacturing or similar operational environment
- Professional HSE certifications such as NEBOSH IGC, IOSH and/or OSHA
- Registration/certification in Kawader as an HSE Professional or Practitioner
- Good knowledge of OSHA frameworks, occupational health & safety practices and local regulatory requirements
- Familiarity with risk assessment, incident investigation, emergency response and fire safety processes
- Knowledge of SAP and Ariba is an advantage.
- Native Arabic and business-level English
- Flexibility to work different schedules when operationally required, including night shifts, weekends and holidays
- Currently based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, or willing to relocate to Jeddah
- Strong safety mindset with a proactive and hands-on approach
- Good problem-solving, analytical and root cause analysis skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with different teams, cultures and nationalities
- Independent and resourceful, while being a collaborative team player
- Good planning, follow-up and organizational skills
- Ability to identify risks, prioritize actions and respond effectively in operational environments
- Strong sense of ownership, attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement
