تعلن شركة MBRF، إحدى أكبر شركات الأغذية في العالم، عن توفر فرصة وظيفية شاغرة بمسمى "SG&A Pricing Lead" في مدينة جدة، السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تقديم رؤى مالية لفرق المبيعات ودعم التخطيط للفترات القادمة
  • إعداد توقعات OPEX الأسبوعية والشهرية ودعم عملية الإغلاق الشهري (بما في ذلك الإغلاق الافتراضي)
  • دعم إعداد الميزانية السنوية والتخطيط الربعي؛ ومتابعة الإنفاق الفعلي مقابل الميزانية
  • إعداد تقارير وعروض مالية دورية لمراجعات الأعمال
  • تحليل ربحية العملاء وإدارة توزيع تكاليف التشغيل (OPEX) باستخدام Excel وPower BI
  • إدارة الاستثمارات التجارية (جانب التكلفة) ومتابعة الأداء المرتبط بها
  • الإشراف على عمليات التسعير، بما في ذلك مراجعة قوائم الأسعار والحفاظ على إرشادات التسعير
  • تنفيذ سياسة التسعير والبقاء مسؤولاً عن أي تحديثات أو تطورات تصدر
  • ضمان دقة السجلات المالية من خلال مراجعة التكاليف والفواتير والمخصصات وعناصر الميزانية العمومية
  • دعم عمليات التدقيق من خلال توفير بيانات OPEX والتوضيحات اللازمة
  • مراقبة القيود المالية اليومية (مثل تكاليف المنتجات والشحن والفواتير) والتأكد من دقتها

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو الاقتصاد أو المحاسبة أو مجال ذي صلة
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 4-5 سنوات في دور مماثل، ويفضّل أن يكون في قطاع السلع الاستهلاكية سريعة التداول (FMCG)
  • إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية بشكل احترافي (إلزامي)، وإجادة اللغة العربية (أولوية رئيسية)
  • إجادة استخدام تطبيقات MS Office ولا سيما Excel وPowerPoint وPower BI
  • خبرة في SAP (مفضلة)
  • الإقامة في مدينة جدة

  • مهارات حل المشكلات مع عقلية تحليلية موجهة نحو النتائج وتعاونية
  • القدرة على الحفاظ على العلاقات مع الفرق متعددة الوظائف
  • التعامل مع بيئات الضغط العالي وتحقيق النتائج ضمن مواعيد نهائية ضيقة

What will you be doing at MBRF?


  • Provide financial insights to commercial teams and support planning for upcoming periods
  • Prepare weekly and monthly OPEX forecasts and support the monthly closing process (including soft close)
  • Support annual budgeting and quarterly planning; track actual spending vs. budget
  • Prepare regular financial reports and presentations for business reviews
  • Analyze customer profitability and manage operating cost (OPEX) allocation using Excel and Power BI
  • Manage trade investments (cost side) and monitor related performance
  • Oversee pricing processes, including reviewing price lists and maintaining pricing guidelines
  • Execute the pricing policy and remain accountable for any updates or developments issued
  • Ensure accurate financial records by reviewing costs, invoices, provisions, and balance sheet items
  • Support audits by providing OPEX-related data and explanations
  • Monitor daily financial postings (e.g. product costs, freight, invoices) and ensure accuracy


What kind of profile are we looking for?


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
  • Min. 4-5 years of experience in a similar role; preferably in the FMCG industry
  • Professional English proficiency is required, Arabic proficiency is a key priority
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint and PowerBI
  • Experience with SAP (preferred)
  • Based in Jeddah
