شركة MBRF، إحدى كبرى شركات الأغذية في العالم، تبحث عن فني مرافق (Utilities Technician I - GF) للعمل في مكة وجدة، السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تشغيل المرافق وضمان التشغيل المستمر لأنظمة معالجة مياه الصرف (WWTP) ومحطات معالجة المياه (التوازن، اللاهوائي، الغربال الأسطواني، التهوية، أحواض الترسيب، أجهزة نزع الماء، غرفة المنافخ، الترشيح المتعدد الوسائط MMF، نظام ترشيح المياه، ونظام الكلور) مع الحفاظ على ظروف عمل آمنة ومثالية.
  • تنفيذ أعمال الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية للحفاظ على الأصول في حالة ممتازة.
  • ضمان العمليات الكهربائية/الميكانيكية والاستهلاك والمعايير والتحكم بمستوى جودة عالٍ.
  • الالتزام بنظام الصيانة التصحيحية والوقائية والمجدولة ونظام كانبان (Kanban).
  • تنفيذ الأعمال الروتينية اليومية، ومراقبة المعايير، وإجراء التحاليل المخبرية، والحفاظ على التقارير وسجلات النشاط، والنظافة العامة في المناطق المخصصة.
  • الامتثال لإرشادات وإجراءات السلامة (HSE).
  • ضمان التعامل السليم مع المواد الكيميائية والأدوات واستخدام معدات الوقاية الشخصية المناسبة (PPE).
  • الامتثال لمتطلبات السلامة والصحة المهنية (HSE) وسلامة الغذاء (HACCP) والمتطلبات الأساسية في مكان العمل.
  • الامتثال لجميع متطلبات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE) في مكان العمل.
  • ضمان الامتثال لممارسات التصنيع الجيد (GMP) ونظام 5S في مكان العمل.
  • الامتثال لسياسة الاستدامة لشركة BRF، وضمان الالتزام بخطة الاستدامة من خلال الأنشطة الروتينية التي تعزز الامتثال لمؤشرات الحوكمة البيئية والاجتماعية والمؤسسية (ESG) العالمية للشركة، وربط الإجراءات بالتنمية المستدامة في سلسلة BRF.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • الحصول على دورة تقنية لمدة سنتين كحد أدنى في مجال الهندسة الميكانيكية/الكهربائية/الإلكترونية أو دورات أساسية في العلوم البيئية/الكيميائية.

Job Description


  • Utilities Operation, ensures continues operation in WWTP/Water Treatment Plant system (Equalization, Anoxic, Drum-screen, Aeration, Clarifier/settling tank, Decanter equipment, blower room, MMF, Water filtration system, chlorine system and are maintain in perfectly and Safe Working Condition.
  • Utilities maintenance - Execute preventive and corrective maintenance to keep the assets in perfect condition.
  • Ensure electrical/mechanical operations, consumption, standards and control are maintained at high quality.
  • Adhere to Corrective, Preventive, Scheduled Maintenance and Kanban system
  • Carryout daily routine works, Parameters monitoring, Laboratory Analysis, maintain reports and records of activity, housekeeping in the areas.
  • Comply with safety guidelines and procedures. (HSE).
  • Ensure proper handling of chemical products, tools and use of appropriate PPE
  • Comply with HSE and food safety HACCP requirements and pre-requirements within the workplace.
  • Comply with all Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) requirements within the workplace.
  • Ensure GMP and 5S compliance within the workplace.
  • Comply with BRF Sustainability Policy guidelines, ensure adherence to BRF Sustainability Plan through activities in its routines that promotes compliance with the indicators and global ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) commitments of the Company, ensuring the connection between its actions and sustainable development in the BRF chain.


Academic Background

Minimum 2-year Technical course in Mechanical /Electrical/Electronic Engineering field or basic Environmental/Chemical courses
