المهام والمسؤوليات
- المسؤولية عن جميع أعطال الكهرباء والتحكم في منطقة المسؤولية.
- فحص المعدات وصيانتها للحفاظ على حالتها الأساسية.
- ضمان جودة عالية في العمليات الكهربائية والمعايير والضوابط.
- الالتزام بأنظمة الصيانة التصحيحية والوقائية والمجدولة ونظام كانبان (Kanban).
- الامتثال لإرشادات وإجراءات السلامة (HSE).
- التنسيق مع فريق الصيانة لجميع أنشطة التحسين المستمر.
- ضمان التعامل السليم مع المنتجات الكيميائية.
- الامتثال لجميع متطلبات HSE وسلامة الأغذية HACCP ومتطلباتها المسبقة في مكان العمل.
- الامتثال لجميع متطلبات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE) داخل مكان العمل.
- ضمان الامتثال لممارسات التصنيع الجيد (GMP) ونظام 5S في مكان العمل.
- الامتثال لمتطلبات التصنيع الجيد (GMP) وأمن الغذاء والإجراءات الأخرى ذات الصلة بنطاق الوظيفة.
- تقليل متوسط وقت الإصلاح (MTTR) في الخطوط من خلال التواجد الفعال.
- تحليل أي حالات شاذة والإبلاغ عنها، وإكمال الإخطارات M1 وM2 وM3 في نظام الصيانة (PM)، وتأكيد الأوامر.
- الإبلاغ عن الأعطال وتحديد الحاجة إلى الإصلاحات الشاملة وخطط الصيانة الوقائية وقطع الغيار.
- تطوير خطط دراسية لحالات الأعطال الكبرى باستخدام تحليل السبب الجذري (RCA).
- التواصل مع الشركة المصنعة للمعدات الأصلية (OEM) بخصوص قطع الغيار والقضايا الحرجة.
- دعم أعمال الصيانة واستكشاف الأعطال بخبرات متعددة المهارات (MHE, HV, LV, أتمتة، مشاريع، محركات، إلخ).
- أداء مهام نائب المشرف المباشر عند الحاجة.
- المساعدة في خطة تطوير الفريق والتدريبات.
- إجراء الإصلاحات الشاملة للمعدات، المحركات، المفاتيح الكهربائية والمكونات الأخرى في المصنع دون دعم.
- تحديد الدعم المحلي، توطين قطع الغيار والأفكار الفعالة من حيث التكلفة.
- الامتثال لسياسة الاستدامة لشركة BRF، وضمان الالتزام بخطة الاستدامة من خلال الأنشطة الروتينية التي تعزز مؤشرات ESG.

- دبلوم سنتان في تكنولوجيا الكهرباء أو أي شهادة ذات صلة.

Job Description
- Responsible for all Electrical & Controls breakdowns in his area of responsibility.
- Check equipment and maintain to basic condition
- Ensure Electrical operations, standards and controls are maintained at high quality.
- Adhere to Corrective, Preventive, Scheduled Maintenance and Kanban system,
- Comply with safety guidelines and procedures. (HSE).
- Co-ordinate with Maintenance team for all continuous improvement activities.
- Ensure proper handling of chemical products.
- Comply with all HSE and food safety HACCP requirements and pre-requirements within the workplace.
- Comply with all Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) requirements within the workplace.
- Ensure GMP and 5S compliance within the workplace.
- Comply with Good Manufacturing Process and Food Defense requirements, and other applicable procedure related to the scope of the job.
- Reduce the mean time of repair (MTTR) in the lines, through effective presence in the line.
- Analyze and report any anomalies, complete notifications M1, M2 and M3 in the PM system and confirm orders
- Reports faults and identifies requirement for overhauls, PM plan and spares
- Develop lesson plans for major trouble shooting cases using RCA
- Support to talk with OEM for spare and critical issues,
- Supports maintenance and troubleshooting, multiskilled expertices, MHE, HV, LV, Automation, projects, motors etc.
- Perform duties as back up of immediate supervisor.
- Assist in team development plan and trainings
- Perform overhauling of equipment’s, motors, switch gears and another component in the factory without supports.
- Identify local support, localization of spares and cost-effective ideas
- Comply with BRF Sustainability Policy guidelines, ensure adherence to BRF Sustainability Plan through activities in its routines that promotes compliance with the indicators and global ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) commitments of the Company, ensuring the connection between its actions and sustainable development in the BRF chain.
