في MBRF، إحدى أكبر شركات الأغذية في العالم، نبحث عن فني كهربائي للعمل في الدمام (المنطقة الشرقية) بالمملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقليل متوسط وقت الإصلاح (MTTR) في خطوط الإنتاج.
- تحليل أي خلل والإبلاغ عنه، مع إمكانية إتمام إشعارات M1 وM2 وM3 في نظام الصيانة (SAP) وتأكيد الأوامر.
- إجراء التفتيش على المسار الكهربائي/الميكانيكي أو المسار التنبؤي عند التخطيط له وطلبه من المخطط.
- تطوير أدوات، بالتعاون مع المشرف وقسم الهندسة الصيانة، لتسريع خدمات الصيانة.
- تنفيذ المهام المجدولة: صيانة المعدات وصيانة المرافق.
- الامتثال لتخطيط كانبان وتحديثه وفقاً للمعيار.
- المساهمة بالتغذية الراجعة للتخطيط، وتحسين الجدولة وأوقات التنفيذ وتقليل الأعمال المتراكمة.
- تشخيص السبب الجذري لأعطال المعدات الكهربائية/الميكانيكية أو فشلها، وإجراء الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية.
- تطوير تحليل السبب الجذري للأعطال.
- الامتثال لتعليمات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة المعقولة وإجراءات العمل الآمنة.
- استخدام معدات الوقاية الشخصية المناسبة وأنظمة السلامة.
- الإلمام بإجراءات الطوارئ والإخلاء.
- عدم تعريض صحة أو سلامة أي شخص للخطر عمداً أو بإهمال.
- المساعدة في إعداد تقييمات المخاطر.
- الإبلاغ عن مخاطر وحوادث وقضايا الصحة والسلامة والبيئة.
- اتباع ممارسات التصنيع الجيدة (GMP) ونظام 5S في مكان العمل.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- دبلوم في الهندسة الكهربائية أو ما يعادله.

Job Description
- Reduce the mean time of repair (MTTR) in the production lines,
- Analyze and report any anomalies, with the possibility of completing notifications M1, M2 and M3 in the PM (SAP) system and confirm orders;
- Carry out inspection of electrical/mechanical, and/or predictive route, when planned and requested by the planner;
- Develop, along with the supervisor and the Maintenance Engineering department, tools to speed up the Maintenance services;
- Carry out scheduled tasks; equipment maintenance and facility maintenance,
- Comply with the Kanban planning, updating it according to the standard;
- Contribute with feedback for planning, optimizing the scheduling, times of execution and reducing back-log;
- Diagnoses root cause of electrical / mechanical malfunctions or failure of operational equipment and perform preventative and corrective maintenance;
- Develop Root cause analysis,
- Comply with reasonable EHS instructions and safe working procedures;
- Use of appropriate personal protective equipment and safety systems;
- Be familiar with emergency and evacuation procedures;
- Not willfully or recklessly endanger anyone's health and safety;
- Assist with the preparation of risk assessments;
- Report EHS hazards, incidents & issues;
- Follow GMP & 5S at work place.
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Equivalent
