شركة MBRF، إحدى أكبر شركات الأغذية في العالم، تبحث عن محلل إدارة المهام والرسوم (Management and Duty Analyst) للعمل في مكة وجدة بالمملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة المهام (Duty management).
- إدارة استرداد الرسوم (Duty refund management).
- مراقبة دقة توزيع التكاليف على مراكز التكلفة المختلفة والحسابات المناسبة في دفتر الأستاذ العام (GL).
- إجراءات إصدار الفواتير في نظام بيان (Bayan booking process) بما في ذلك إنشاء طلبات الشراء وأوامر الشراء والحجز ومتابعة الدفع عبر نظام SADAD.
- توزيع تكاليف المواد (Material cost allocation).
- دعم تجهيز الاجتماعات وإعداد العروض التقديمية.
- دعم تطبيق السياسات والإجراءات.
- إدارة بيانات ومعلومات القسم (مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية للقسم) بما في ذلك جمع البيانات وتحديث الملفات وإدارة التحديثات البصرية (الرسوم البيانية).
- الامتثال لإرشادات سياسة الاستدامة لشركة BRF وضمان الالتزام بخطة الاستدامة من خلال الأنشطة الروتينية التي تعزز الامتثال لمؤشرات ESG (البيئية والاجتماعية والحوكمة) العالمية.

Job Description
- Duty management
- Duty refund management
- Monitor the accuracy of cost allocation to different cost centers and proper GL accounts.
- Bayan booking process (creation of purchase requisitions, purchase orders, booking, and follow-up on the SADAD payment)
- Material cost allocation
- Support with meetings preparation and presentation
- Support with policies and procedures
- Handles departmental data and information management (department KPIs); including data collection, file updates, and visual management updates (graphs).
- Comply with BRF Sustainability Policy guidelines, ensure adherence to BRF Sustainability Plan through activities in its routines that promotes compliance with the indicators and global ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) commitments of the Company, ensuring the connection between its actions and sustainable development in the BRF chain.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics
