انضم إلى شركة MBRF، إحدى أكبر شركات الأغذية في العالم، في وظيفة WWTP Technician I في مكة جدة، السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • ضمان التشغيل المستمر لنظام معالجة المياه (WWTP/Water Treatment Plant) بما في ذلك: Equalization، Anoxic، Drum-screen، Aeration، Clarifier/settling tank، Decanter equipment، blower room، MMF، Water filtration system، ونظام الكلور، مع المحافظة على ظروف عمل آمنة ومثالية.
  • تنفيذ الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية للحفاظ على الأصول في أفضل حالة.
  • ضمان العمليات الكهربائية/الميكانيكية، والاستهلاك، والمعايير، والتحكم بمستوى عالٍ من الجودة.
  • الالتزام بأنظمة الصيانة التصحيحية والوقائية والمجدولة ونظام Kanban.
  • تنفيذ الأعمال اليومية الروتينية، ومراقبة المعايير، وإجراء التحاليل المخبرية، وحفظ السجلات والتقارير، والنظافة في المناطق المخصصة.
  • الامتثال لإرشادات وإجراءات السلامة (HSE).
  • التعامل السليم مع المنتجات الكيميائية والأدوات واستخدام معدات الوقاية الشخصية (PPE) المناسبة.
  • الامتثال لمتطلبات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE) وسلامة الغذاء (HACCP) في مكان العمل.
  • ضمان الامتثال لمعايير GMP و 5S في مكان العمل.
  • الامتثال لسياسة الاستدامة لشركة BRF وخطة الاستدامة، مع الالتزام بمؤشرات ESG (البيئية والاجتماعية والحوكمة) العالمية.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • دورة تقنية لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال الهندسة الميكانيكية/الكهربائية/الإلكترونية، أو دورات أساسية في البيئة/الكيمياء.

Job Description


  • Utilities Operation, ensures continues operation in WWTP/Water Treatment Plant system (Equalization, Anoxic, Drum-screen, Aeration, Clarifier/settling tank, Decanter equipment, blower room, MMF, Water filtration system, chlorine system and are maintain in perfectly and Safe Working Condition.
  • Utilities maintenance - Execute preventive and corrective maintenance to keep the assets in perfect condition.
  • Ensure electrical/mechanical operations, consumption, standards and control are maintained at high quality.
  • Adhere to Corrective, Preventive, Scheduled Maintenance and Kanban system
  • Carryout daily routine works, Parameters monitoring, Laboratory Analysis, maintain reports and records of activity, housekeeping in the areas.
  • Comply with safety guidelines and procedures. (HSE).
  • Ensure proper handling of chemical products, tools and use of appropriate PPE
  • Comply with HSE and food safety HACCP requirements and pre-requirements within the workplace.
  • Comply with all Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) requirements within the workplace.
  • Ensure GMP and 5S compliance within the workplace.
  • Comply with BRF Sustainability Policy guidelines, ensure adherence to BRF Sustainability Plan through activities in its routines that promotes compliance with the indicators and global ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) commitments of the Company, ensuring the connection between its actions and sustainable development in the BRF chain.


Academic Background

Minimum 2-year Technical course in Mechanical /Electrical/Electronic Engineering field or basic Environmental/Chemical courses
