المهام والمسؤوليات
- تحليل البيانات التجارية لتحديد فجوات الأداء واستخلاص رؤى قابلة للتنفيذ تدعم النمو التجاري والكفاءة التشغيلية.
- تصميم وتطوير وصيانة لوحات Power BI سهلة الاستخدام، مع ضمان توحيد مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية والمعايير واتساق التقارير.
- أتمتة التقارير المتكررة وتحسين عمليات إعداد التقارير لزيادة الكفاءة وتقليل الجهد اليدوي.
- التعاون مع الأقسام التجارية والمالية وتقنية المعلومات وأصحاب المصلحة الآخرين لترجمة احتياجات التقارير إلى حلول BI فعّالة.
- ضمان دقة البيانات وحوكمة التقارير والتحسين المستمر للوحات المعلومات وحلول التحليلات.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في تحليل البيانات أو علوم الحاسب أو الهندسة أو نظم المعلومات أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة مثبتة في تحليل البيانات أو ذكاء الأعمال أو دور تحليلي مماثل.
- خبرة عملية قوية في Power BI وSQL وDAX، مع القدرة على العمل مع مجموعات بيانات كبيرة ومعقدة.
- خبرة في تطوير لوحات المعلومات وأتمتة التقارير وتقديم حلول تحليلات موجهة للأعمال.
- الإقامة حالياً في جدة، المملكة العربية السعودية، أو الاستعداد للانتقال إلى جدة.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية؛ ومعرفة اللغة العربية أو البرتغالية تعتبر ميزة إضافية.

- مهارات تحليلية قوية وحل المشكلات مع الاهتمام بالتفاصيل.
- القدرة على ترجمة متطلبات العمل إلى حلول تقارير واضحة وقابلة للتطوير وسهلة الاستخدام.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة مع عقلية تركز على العميل.
- مهارات تنظيمية وتخطيطية قوية، مع خبرة في إدارة أولويات متعددة.
- عقلية استباقية وتعاونية وموجهة نحو التحسين المستمر، مع شغف باتخاذ القرارات القائمة على البيانات.

What will you be doing at MBRF?
- Analyze commercial data to identify performance gaps and generate actionable insights that support business growth and operational efficiency
- Design, develop, and maintain user-friendly Power BI dashboards, ensuring standardized KPIs, benchmarks, and reporting consistency
- Automate recurring reports and improve reporting processes to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort
- Partner with Commercial, Finance, IT, and other business stakeholders to translate reporting needs into effective BI solutions
- Ensure data accuracy, reporting governance, and continuous improvement of dashboards and analytics solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
- Proven experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a similar analytical role
- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, SQL, and DAX, with the ability to work with large and complex datasets
- Experience developing dashboards, automating reports, and delivering business-focused analytics solutions
- Currently based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, or willing to relocate to Jeddah
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic or Portuguese is considered an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to translate business requirements into clear, scalable, and user-friendly reporting solutions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a customer-focused mindset
- Strong organizational and planning abilities, with experience managing multiple priorities
- Proactive, collaborative, and continuous improvement mindset, with a passion for data-driven decision-making
