انضم إلى شركة MBRF، إحدى أكبر شركات الأغذية في العالم، في دور محلل تكاليف أولي (Senior Costing Analyst) في جدة، المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إعداد التقارير الفعلية وتحليل تكاليف الإنتاج، مع شرح الانحرافات الرئيسية مقارنة بالميزانية والشهر السابق للتأثير على اتخاذ القرار وتحسين تكاليف الإنتاج بما يضمن تحقيق مؤشرات الأداء التشغيلية للمصنع مثل الإنتاجية والكفاءة والبطء والتركيب وغيرها.
- أنشطة تخطيط التكاليف الروتينية: تحديد معايير توزيع التكاليف للمصانع، وتحليل التغييرات في الوصفات والمواد الخام والمواد الإنتاجية وطرق الإنتاج لتحديد أثر التكلفة، وإجراء محاكاة لوحدات SKU الجديدة وخطط الإنتاج المقترحة، وتحديد تكاليف الأنشطة التجارية لدعم قرارات الإدارة مثل إعادة التصنيع وشطب المواد وإيقاف الإنتاج وتجارب البحث والتطوير وخسائر الإنتاج والجودة والتغييرات في المواد والتصنيع أو الشراء.
- مراقبة ربحية الفئات لضمان تعظيم الأرباح من خلال تسليط الضوء على المخاطر والفرص.
- بناء وصيانة نماذج مالية معقدة لتوقع الأداء المالي المستقبلي وتقييم الأعمال الجديدة وفرص الاستثمار وتحليل السيناريوهات المخصصة.
- ضمان الامتثال للوائح المالية ذات الصلة ومتطلبات إعداد التقارير.
- إعداد التوقعات المالية القانونية والإدارية وتعريف وتحليل أسعار التحويل.
- العمل بشكل وثيق مع الإدارات المختلفة لضمان تقديم التحليلات المالية والتوصيات من خلال الشراكة التجارية النشطة.
- الامتثال لسياسة الاستدامة الخاصة بشركة BRF والالتزام بخطة الاستدامة من خلال الأنشطة التي تعزز الامتثال لمؤشرات الالتزامات العالمية البيئية والاجتماعية والحوكمة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- تقييم الميزانية والتكاليف.
- المعرفة الأساسية بالمعايير الدولية للتقارير المالية (IFRS) والتوحيد المالي.
- نظام SAP - وحدة ERP.
- إتقان برامج Excel المتقدم و PowerPoint و Power BI.
- القدرة على التكيف والالتزام والتواصل.
- التخطيط والتنظيم.
- علاقات شخصية جيدة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مصنع صناعي، وإدخال بيانات الإنتاج، والمخزون.
- محاسبة التكاليف والتحليل.
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال العامة أو أي مجال ذي صلة.
- مؤهل في محاسبة التكاليف (CMA / CIMA).

- التخطيط والميزانية وإعداد التقارير.
- إعداد الميزانية والتنبؤ.
- إعداد تقارير التكاليف وتتبع الأداء.
- مراقبة مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs).
- ضمان دقة وسلامة البيانات المالية.
- التحسين المستمر وتحسين التكاليف.
- تحديد فرص توفير التكاليف.
- تحسين عمليات التكاليف وإعداد التقارير.
- تقليل الهدر وعدم الكفاءة.

What will you be doing at MBRF?
- Actual reporting & analysis of production costs, explaining key deviations compared with budget and MoM to influence decision making & optimize production costs to ensure achievement of factory operational KPIs such as Yield, productivity, efficiency, idleness, composition etc.
- Routine Cost planning activities:
- Define cost allocation criteria for the factories.
- Analyzing changes in Recipes, RM, PM, production methods to determine cost impact.
- Simulations of new SKUs and proposed production plans & Determine costs of business activity to assist management decisions such as rework, material write-off, production stoppage, R&D trials, production losses, quality losses, changes in materials, Make or Buy etc.
- Monitor the profitability of the categories to ensure maximization of profits by highlighting risks and opportunities
- Build and maintain complex financial models to project future financial performance and evaluate new businesses and investment opportunities and Ad-hoc scenario analysis
- Ensure compliance with relevant financials regulations and reporting requirement
- Statutory and managerial financials projections and definition and analysis of transfer prices
- Work closely with various departments to ensure delivery of financial analysis and recommendations with active business partnering.
- Comply with BRF Sustainability Policy guidelines, ensure adherence to BRF Sustainability Plan through activities in its routines that promotes compliance with the indicators and global ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) commitments of the Company, ensuring the connection between its actions and sustainable development in the BRF chain.
- Budget and Costing Evaluation
- Basic knowledge in IFRS - International Financial Reporting Standards and Financial Consolidation
- SAP - ERP module
- Advanced Excel, Power Point, Power BI
- Adaptability, commitment and communication

- Minimum 3 years of Experience in industrial plant, production data entry, inventories
- Cost Accounting & Analysis
- Bachelor’s degree in General Business Management or any related fields/
- Qualification in Cost Accounting (CMA / CIMA)
