نبذة عن الوظيفة

بصفتك Senior HSE Manager، ستقدم القيادة لأداء الصحة والسلامة والبيئة عبر برامج البنية التحتية الاجتماعية الكبرى. يركز الدور على تعزيز العمليات الآمنة، ودفع الامتثال، والشراكة مع فرق المشروع والقيادة لتعزيز ثقافة سلامة استباقية تدعم التسليم الفعال في بيئات البناء المعقدة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • قيادة استراتيجية HSE والامتثال عبر برامج البنية التحتية الاجتماعية الكبرى
  • إجراء عمليات تفتيش ميدانية ومراجعات وتقييمات مخاطر لضمان عمليات آمنة
  • تطوير وتنفيذ سياسات وإجراءات HSE وخطط الوقاية من الحوادث
  • التعاون مع فرق المشروع لحل مشكلات السلامة وتحسين الأداء
  • مراقبة الامتثال التنظيمي وإعداد تقارير HSE لأصحاب المصلحة التنفيذيين

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو السلامة أو تخصص ذي صلة
  • خبرة 15+ سنة في قيادة HSE على مشاريع البنية التحتية الكبرى، بما في ذلك إدارة HSE في مشاريع التطوير متعددة الاستخدامات الكبيرة
  • معرفة قوية بلوائح HSE السعودية ومعايير السلامة الدولية
  • خبرة مثبتة في قيادة عمليات التدقيق والتحقيقات في الحوادث والإجراءات التصحيحية
  • خبرة في التعامل مع قيادة المشروع العليا وممثلي العملاء والجهات التنظيمية وأصحاب المصلحة التنفيذيين
  • خبرة في Enablon أو Intelex أو EcoOnline أو إعداد التقارير المتقدمة للحوادث والتدقيق باستخدام Excel تعتبر ميزة إضافية
  • شهادة مهنية في HSE مثل NEBOSH أو IOSH أو ما يعادلها مفضلة

As Senior HSE Manager, you will provide leadership for health, safety, and environmental performance across major social infrastructure programs. The role is focused on strengthening safe operations, driving compliance, and partnering with project and leadership teams to promote a proactive safety culture that supports effective delivery across complex construction environments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead HSE strategy and compliance across major social infrastructure programs
  • Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to ensure safe operations
  • Develop and enforce HSE policies, procedures, and incident prevention plans
  • Collaborate with project teams to resolve safety issues and improve performance
  • Monitor regulatory compliance and prepare HSE reports for senior stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, safety, or a related discipline
  • 15+ years of HSE leadership experience on large infrastructure projects, including HSE management on large mixed-use developments
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi HSE regulations and international safety standards
  • Proven experience leading audits, incident investigations, and corrective actions
  • Experience interfacing with senior project leadership, client representatives, regulators, and executive stakeholders
  • Experience with Enablon, Intelex, EcoOnline, or advanced Excel-based incident and audit reporting is a plus
  • A professional HSE certification such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent is preferred
