نبذة عن الوظيفة

مهندس التفتيش مسؤول عن التحقق من أن المعدات والأنظمة والمواد والأصول المُنشأة تفي بالمعايير المطلوبة للسلامة والجودة والموثوقية والامتثال التنظيمي. سيتولى مهام التفتيش على الجودة في عمليات الخلية، وسيبني المعرفة حول جميع جوانب الجودة في العمليات والتفتيش أثناء إصلاح مكونات توربينات الغاز بدءًا من التفتيش الوارد مرورًا بالتفتيش أثناء العملية وانتهاءً بالتفتيش النهائي. كما سيبني المعرفة حول كتابة التقارير الفنية عن ظروف العمل والعيوب التي تحدث في العمليات.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • الالتزام بجميع متطلبات السلامة والجودة، وتجاوز التوقعات والقيادة بالقدوة.
  • إجراء التفتيش الوارد والنهائي على مكونات توربينات الغاز لتحديد حالات عدم المطابقة/العيوب.
  • تفسير وقياس وتقييم النتائج وفقًا للرموز والمعايير والمواصفات المعمول بها.
  • اتباع جميع سياسات وإجراءات GEMTEC، وتعزيز ممارسات EHS والجودة والامتثال في ورشة العمل.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • دبلوم تقني مع خبرة عمل ذات صلة.
  • معرفة بمتطلبات EHS والجودة في عمليات التصنيع.
  • معرفة مثبتة بالجودة والسلامة وأنظمة الكمبيوتر في الورشة.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • خبرة في التفتيش على الجودة لمدة سنتين أو أكثر.
  • القدرة على تفسير وقراءة الرسومات و REIs.
  • القدرة على استخدام أدوات القياس مثل الفرجار ومؤشرات القرص وغيرها.
  • القدرة على قراءة وفهم تعليمات العمل وإجراءات QMS.
  • القدرة على كتابة التقارير الفنية.
  • القدرة على فهم الرسومات والمستندات الفنية.
  • القدرة على القراءة والكتابة والتواصل باللغة الإنجليزية.
  • القدرة على استخدام تطبيقات MS Office.
  • يفضل معرفة SAP.

Role Summary/Purpose

An Inspection Engineer is a professional responsible for verifying that equipment, systems, materials, or constructed assets meet required standards for safety, quality, reliability, and regulatory compliance.

He/ She will be responsible of the quality inspection tasks in the cell operations. In this role, he will build knowledge about all aspects of quality in operations and inspection during repair of gas turbine components from incoming inspection, in-process inspection and final inspection. He/ She will also build knowledge about writing technical reports of job conditions and defects happen in operations.

Essential Responsibilities

  • The selected candidate must conform to all safety and quality requirements. This candidate is expected to go above and beyond and lead by example.

  • Perform incoming and final inspection on gas turbine components to identify nonconformances/defects.

  • Interpret, measure and evaluate results with respect to applicable codes, standards, and specifications.

  • Follow all GEMTEC policies and procedures and be a promoter of EHS, Quality and compliance on the shop floor.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Technical diploma with related work experience.

  • Knowledge of EHS and quality required in manufacturing operations.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Quality, Safety, shop computer systems.

Desired Characteristics

  • Have quality inspection experience for 2+ years

  • Ability to interpret and read drawings and REIs -Ability to use measuring instruments; calipers, dial indicators, … etc.

  • Ability to read and understand Work Instruction and QMS procedures.

  • Ability to write technical reports.

  • Ability to understand drawing and technical documents.

  • Ability to read, write and communicate in English.

  • Ability to use MS Office application.

  • Preferred SAP knowledge.
