تعلن تكامل القابضة بالرياض عن توفر وظيفة مستشار أمن سيبراني (Cyber Security Advisor) لقيادة وتعزيز استراتيجية الأمن السيبراني والحوكمة وإدارة المخاطر في المؤسسة.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
نبحث عن مستشار أمن سيبراني ذو خبرة لقيادة وتعزيز استراتيجية الأمن السيبراني والحوكمة وممارسات إدارة المخاطر في المؤسسة. سيتولى المسؤول تقديم التوجيه الاستراتيجي، وضمان الامتثال لمعايير ولوائح الأمن السيبراني، وتعزيز الوضع الأمني العام عبر التقنية والعمليات والأصول الرقمية. سيعمل المستشار بشكل وثيق مع الإدارة التنفيذية والفرق متعددة التخصصات لتطوير أطر العمل الأمنية، والإشراف على تقييمات المخاطر السيبرانية، ودعم التخطيط للاستجابة للحوادث، وضمان التوافق مع أهداف العمل والمتطلبات التنظيمية في المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة وتقديم المشورة بشأن حوكمة الأمن السيبراني والاستراتيجية والمبادرات الأمنية التشغيلية.
- تطوير وصيانة سياسات ومعايير وإجراءات الأمن السيبراني.
- الإشراف على أنشطة إدارة المخاطر السيبرانية والامتثال.
- مراقبة وتعزيز الضوابط الأمنية والأطر وأفضل الممارسات.
- دعم التخطيط للاستجابة للحوادث واستمرارية الأعمال والتعافي من الكوارث.
- التعاون مع أصحاب المصلحة الداخليين لضمان التنفيذ الآمن للأنظمة والتقنيات.
- ضمان الامتثال للوائح والمعايير المحلية والدولية للأمن السيبراني.
- تقديم التوجيه الاستراتيجي للإدارة العليا بشأن التهديدات السيبرانية الناشئة وتحسينات الأمن.
- قيادة مبادرات التوعية الأمنية وثقافة الأمن السيبراني عبر المؤسسة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الأمن السيبراني أو أمن المعلومات أو علوم الحاسب أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 12 سنة في الأمن السيبراني أو أمن المعلومات أو الحوكمة أو المجالات ذات الصلة.
- خبرة في المؤسسات الكبيرة أو القطاع الحكومي أو شبه الحكومي (يفضل).
- شهادات مهنية مثل CISSP أو CISM أو ISO 27001 أو ما يعادلها (يفضل بشدة).
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية (شرط أساسي).
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة قوية بأطر الأمن السيبراني وإدارة المخاطر ومعايير الامتثال.
- مهارات قيادية قوية ومهارات تواصل وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة.
