Responsibilities:

1. Establish and maintain enterprise cybersecurity architecture standards and principles
2. Ensure all projects and systems are reviewed and aligned with security architecture requirements.
3. Drive secure-by-design implementation across cloud, infrastructure, and applications.
4. Govern IAM architecture and ensure effective access control models are implemented.
5. Ensure security technologies are integrated, optimized, and aligned with enterprise architecture.
6. Enforce compliance with regulatory and cybersecurity frameworks (NCA ECC, NIST)
7. Support risk management by translating risks into architectural controls.
8. Maintain and execute the cybersecurity architecture roadmap aligned with business priorities.
9. Define and enforce security architecture governance across all business units and affiliates.
10. Act as the primary security advisor for major technology initiatives and digital transformation projects.
11. Evaluate and approve security aspects of new technologies and solutions to ensure alignment with enterprise standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science (BS) OR bachelor’s degree in computer science, Management Information Technology (MIS) or equivalent. Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities).
• 6 years and above of relevant experience.

Competencies:

• Strong expertise in security architecture frameworks and design patterns

• Ability to design and review secure architectures across cloud, on-prem, and OT environments

• Deep understanding of IAM architecture (SSO, PAM, RBAC models)

• Proficiency in security technologies integration (SIEM, EDR, DLP, WAF)

• Knowledge of secure network architecture and segmentation principles

• Experience in threat modelling and secure design methodologies

• Ability to define security baselines and hardening standards

• Understanding of cloud security controls and configurations (Azure preferred)

• Ability to balance security, business needs and cost.
