تتعاون Virtucruit مع شركة تعدين رائدة في المملكة العربية السعودية لتعيين محلل بيانات الحفر (Drilling Data Analyst) ضمن إدارة الحفر في منطقة نجران.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

سيكون المرشح المثالي مسؤولاً عن جمع وتحليل وتفسير بيانات الحفر لدعم الكفاءة التشغيلية وتحسين أداء الحفر وتوفير رؤى دقيقة لاتخاذ القرارات. تشمل المهام مراقبة معايير الحفر وإعداد التقارير الفنية والتعاون مع فرق الحفر لتحسين العمليات وزيادة الإنتاجية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • ضمان دقة وسلامة بيانات الحفر التشغيلية.
  • جمع وتجميع بيانات الحفر من منصات ومواقع متعددة.
  • التحقق من صحة البيانات الميدانية مقابل السجلات والتقارير التشغيلية.
  • تحليل معدلات الاختراق وعوامل الاسترداد واتجاهات وقت التوقف.
  • تطوير لوحات المعلومات وأدوات التصور لمراقبة أداء الحفر.
  • تحديد أوجه القصور وتقديم توصيات لتحسين العمليات.
  • دمج بيانات الحفر مع مجموعات البيانات من الأقسام الأخرى للتحليل.
  • إعداد تقارير تحليلية يومية وأسبوعية وشهرية.
  • دعم مهندسي الحفر بنماذج تقييم الأداء.
  • تتبع مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية مثل استخدام الحفارات والإنتاجية والتكلفة لكل متر.
  • الحفاظ على أنظمة وقواعد بيانات الحفر المركزية.
  • دعم التنبؤ بتقدم الحفر وأهداف الإنتاج.
  • إجراء تحليل إحصائي لمؤشرات أداء الحفر.
  • التعاون مع تكنولوجيا المعلومات لتحسين أنظمة البيانات وأدوات التقارير.
  • ضمان توحيد البيانات عبر المواقع المتعددة.
  • إجراء تحليل السبب الجذري لتأخيرات الحفر وأوجه القصور.
  • دعم فريق التخطيط برؤى قائمة على البيانات.
  • الحفاظ على مجموعات بيانات الحفر التاريخية للمقارنة المرجعية.
  • المساعدة في إعداد التقارير للإدارة وأصحاب المصلحة.
  • ضمان سرية البيانات وتخزينها بشكل مناسب.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • درجة علمية في علوم البيانات أو التحليل أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات، ومعرفة بـ PowerBI تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
  • مهارات تحليلية وبصرية قوية.
  • مهارات التواصل باللغة الإنجليزية.

Virtucruit is partnering with a leading mining company in Saudi Arabia to appoint a Drilling Data Analyst within the Drilling Department.

The ideal candidate shall be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting drilling data to support operational efficiency, improve drilling performance, and provide accurate insights for decision-making. The role involves monitoring drilling parameters, preparing technical reports, and collaborating with drilling teams to optimize processes and enhance overall productivity.

Position : Drilling Data Analyst

Reports to : Drilling Technical Services Superintendent

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Ensures data accuracy and integrity of drilling operational data.
  • Collects and compiles drilling data from multiple rigs and sites.
  • Validates field data against operational logs and reports.
  • Analyzes penetration rates, recovery factors, and downtime trends.
  • Develops dashboards and visualization tools to track drilling performance.
  • Identifies inefficiencies and recommends optimization solutions.
  • Integrates drilling data with other department datasets for analysis.
  • Prepares daily, weekly, and monthly analytical reports.
  • Supports drilling engineers with performance evaluation models.
  • Tracks KPIs such as rig utilization, productivity, and cost per meter.
  • Maintains centralized drilling data systems and databases.
  • Supports forecasting of drilling progress and production targets.
  • Performs statistical analysis of drilling performance indicators.
  • Collaborates with IT to improve data systems and reporting tools.
  • Ensures data standardization across multiple sites.
  • Conducts root cause analysis on drilling delays and inefficiencies.
  • Supports planning team with data-driven insights.
  • Maintains historical drilling datasets for benchmarking.
  • Assists in reporting for management and stakeholders.
  • Ensures confidentiality and proper storage of operational data.


Required Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

  • Degree in Data Science, Analytics or Related Field
  • 3+ years of experience, PowerBI knowledge is an added advantage
  • Strong analytical and visualization skills
  • English communication skills.
