تتعاون Virtucruit مع شركة تعدين رائدة في المملكة العربية السعودية لتعيين (أخصائي دعم فني) في قسم الحفر بمنطقة نجران. يقدم هذا المنصب فرصة لأخصائي دعم تقني متمكن للمساهمة في موثوقية وكفاءة وتحسين عمليات الحفر في بيئة تعدين صعبة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تقديم الدعم الفني لموظفي الحفر والموقع.
  • تركيب وتهيئة أنظمة الأجهزة والبرمجيات.
  • استكشاف مشاكل أجهزة تقنية المعلومات والشبكات والأنظمة وإصلاحها.
  • دعم أجهزة وأنظمة جمع البيانات الميدانية.
  • إدارة جرد أجهزة تقنية المعلومات وتتبع الأصول.
  • الاستجابة السريعة لطلبات خدمة المستخدمين.
  • ضمان تحديث الأنظمة وصيانتها بشكل صحيح.
  • مراقبة أداء الشبكة والاتصال.
  • المساعدة في إعداد أنظمة الاتصال في الموقع.
  • ضمان اتباع إجراءات الأمن السيبراني.
  • توثيق أنظمة تقنية المعلومات والمشكلات.
  • دعم المواقع البعيدة بحلول الاتصال.
  • تثبيت الترقيات والتصحيحات عند الحاجة.
  • تقديم تدريب للمستخدمين على أنظمة تقنية المعلومات.
  • المساعدة في عمليات النسخ الاحتياطي واستعادة البيانات.
  • التنسيق مع الموردين للحصول على الدعم الفني.
  • ضمان الامتثال لسياسات وإجراءات تقنية المعلومات.
  • الحفاظ على سجلات مكتب المساعدة وسجلات المشكلات.
  • دعم التحسين المستمر لخدمات تقنية المعلومات.
  • أداء المهام الأخرى التي يكلف بها من الإدارة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • دبلوم أو درجة في تقنية المعلومات أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في الدعم الفني.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • مهارات قوية في استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها وحل المشكلات.
  • معرفة بالأجهزة والبرمجيات والشبكات.
  • مهارات اتصال جيدة وخدمة عملاء.
  • مهارات أساسية في التواصل باللغة الإنجليزية.

Virtucruit is partnering with a leading mining company in Saudi Arabia to appoint a Technical Support Specialist within the Drilling Department.

The ideal candidate shall be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and resolving operational issues related to drilling systems, equipment, and technologies. The role involves assisting end users, maintaining technical documentation, monitoring system performance, and collaborating with technical teams to ensure smooth operations and minimize downtime.

Position : Technical Support Specialist

Reports to : Technical Services Superintendent

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Provides technical support to drilling and site personnel.
  • Installs and configures hardware and software systems.
  • Troubleshoots IT equipment, network, and system issues.
  • Supports field data collection devices and systems.
  • Maintains IT equipment inventory and asset tracking.
  • Responds to user service requests promptly.
  • Ensures systems are updated and properly maintained.
  • Monitors network performance and connectivity.
  • Assists in the setup of site communication systems.
  • Ensures cybersecurity measures are followed.
  • Maintains documentation of IT systems and issues.
  • Supports remote sites with connectivity solutions.
  • Installs upgrades and patches as required.
  • Provides user training on IT systems.
  • Assists in backup and data recovery processes.
  • Coordinates with vendors for technical support.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.
  • Maintains helpdesk records and issue logs.
  • Supports continuous improvement of IT services.
  • Performs other duties assigned by management.


Required Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

  • Diploma/Degree in IT or related field
  • Minimum 2+ years technical support experience
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of hardware, software, and networking
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Basic English communication skills.
