Senior IT Manager | Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior IT Manager to join a leading international organisation in Riyadh.

This role offers the chance to lead enterprise IT operations, drive cybersecurity and digital workplace initiatives, and support a rapidly growing business with ambitious expansion plans.

We're looking for a hands-on technology leader who combines strategic thinking with operational excellence and enjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT operations across multiple offices and business locations.
• Manage Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, networking, servers, and modern workplace technologies.
• Ensure the availability, performance, and security of business-critical systems.
• Drive cybersecurity, compliance, disaster recovery, and business continuity initiatives.
• Oversee IT infrastructure for new office openings, business launches, and corporate events.
• Manage IT budgets, procurement, software licensing, and third-party vendors.
• Provide executive-level technology support and ensure meeting rooms and collaboration technologies operate seamlessly.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing IT team while fostering a service-driven culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 6+ years of progressive IT experience, including at least 4 years in an IT management role.
• Proven experience managing multi-site IT operations.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, networking, firewalls, VPNs, and endpoint security.
• Experience managing IT vendors, budgets, and outsourced service providers.
• Knowledge of Saudi cybersecurity and data protection regulations is highly desirable.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Preferred Experience

• Professional certifications such as ITIL, PMP, Microsoft Azure, CISSP/CISM, or Cisco.
• Experience within the real estate, construction, or another fast-paced multinational environment.
• Exposure to ERP, CRM, AI, and digital transformation initiatives.
