About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to join our team in the role of Project Engineer. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various phases of engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions that meet project specifications and standards. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management or engineering roles is preferred. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, engineering standards, and software tools such as AutoCAD, MS Project, or Primavera is essential. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills are required, along with the ability to work effectively in a team setting. Professional certifications such as PMP or PE are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all phases of engineering projects, from conception through completion.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company standards.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions to mitigate delays or cost overruns.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project alignment.
• Review and approve engineering designs, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards.
• Prepare and present project reports, updates, and documentation to senior management and clients.
• Ensure safety protocols and quality standards are maintained throughout all project phases.
• Assist in resource planning and procurement activities to support project execution.
