تعلن جميرا (Jumeirah)، إحدى الشركات العالمية الرائدة في الضيافة الفاخرة، عن فرصة وظيفية لشغل منصب تنفيذي الصحة والسلامة (كفاءة سعودية) للعمل في منتجع جميرا البحر الأحمر (Jumeirah The Red Sea)، المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء عمليات التفتيش الروتينية للصحة والسلامة والبيئة عبر مناطق المنتجع التشغيلية، مع ضمان توثيق الملاحظات ومتابعتها وإغلاقها في الوقت المناسب.
- دعم تقييمات مخاطر مكان العمل ومساعدة الأقسام في تنفيذ إجراءات التحكم الفعالة لتقليل مخاطر الصحة والسلامة.
- المساعدة في التحقيق في الحوادث والإصابات والحوادث الوشيكة والممارسات غير الآمنة والظروف غير الآمنة، بما يشمل إعداد التقارير وتحليل الأسباب الجذرية ومتابعة الإجراءات التصحيحية.

المؤهلات والخبرات
- حاصل على درجة البكالوريوس أو الدبلوم في الصحة والسلامة المهنية أو الصحة البيئية أو العلوم البيئية أو الهندسة أو أي تخصص ذي صلة.
- حاصل على شهادة NEBOSH الدولية العامة (IGC) أو مؤهل معادل معترف به في الصحة والسلامة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 2-3 سنوات في مجال الصحة والسلامة داخل الفنادق أو المنتجعات أو الضيافة أو إدارة المرافق أو البناء أو بيئات تشغيلية مماثلة.
- خبرة عملية في التفتيش على الصحة والسلامة والبيئة، وتقييم المخاطر، والتحقيق في الحوادث، وإدارة سلامة المقاولين، والتأهب للطوارئ، ومراقبة الامتثال.

About The Job
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Health and Safety.Executive to join Jumeirah The Red Sea.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
- Conduct routine HSE inspections across resort operational areas, ensuring observations are documented, followed up, and closed in a timely manner.
- Support workplace risk assessments and assist departments in implementing effective control measures to minimise health and safety risks.
- Assist with the investigation of incidents, accidents, near misses, unsafe acts, and unsafe conditions, including reporting, root cause analysis, and follow-up of corrective actions.
- Monitor contractor and third-party activities to ensure compliance with HSE requirements, permit-to-work procedures, and safe working practices.
- Support emergency preparedness initiatives, including evacuation drills, emergency response exercises, equipment inspections, and departmental readiness reviews.
- Assist in the implementation and continuous review of HSE policies, procedures, SOPs, risk assessments, and incident management processes.
- Monitor environmental compliance activities, including waste management, chemical storage, spill prevention, environmental records, and regulatory documentation.
- Support beach and waterfront safety compliance by reviewing safety signage, emergency access, rescue and first aid equipment readiness, incident reporting procedures, and emergency response requirements.
- Participate in internal audits, regulatory inspections, and compliance assessments related to health, safety, environmental, and operational readiness.
- Maintain accurate HSE documentation, including inspection reports, incident reports, risk assessments, training records, and compliance records.
- Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and awareness sessions for colleagues, contractors, and third-party personnel.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Security, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Human Resources, Recreation, and other operational departments on HSE and compliance matters.
- Support pre-opening readiness activities, including site walkdowns, departmental inspections, operational testing, and corrective action tracking .
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Hold a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Health, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Possess a NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) or an equivalent recognised Health & Safety qualification.
- Bring a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Health & Safety within hotels, resorts, hospitality, facilities management, construction, or similar operational environments.
- Demonstrate practical experience in HSE inspections, risk assessments, incident investigations, contractor safety management, emergency preparedness, and compliance monitoring.
- Have knowledge of environmental compliance requirements, including waste management, chemical management, spill prevention, and regulatory documentation.
- Be proficient in spoken and written English.
- Previous experience in hospitality, resort, island, beach, marine, or pre-opening operations will be an advantage.
- IOSH Managing Safely, First Aid, Fire & Life Safety, or environmental sustainability certifications are considered desirable.
