تعلن مجموعة جميرا (Jumeirah)، الرائدة عالمياً في مجال الضيافة الفاخرة، عن توفر فرصة وظيفية شاغرة لديها في مشروع جميرا البحر الأحمر بالمملكة العربية السعودية، لوظيفة مساعد مدير - أمن (Assistant Manager - Security) للسعوديين.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تنسيق والإشراف على أنشطة جميع حراس الأمن والمسعفين لضمان سلامة وأمن الزملاء والضيوف في جميع الأوقات.
- تأمين ممتلكات المنتجع: اتخاذ التدابير اللازمة لتأمين جميع مباني وممتلكات المنتجع بشكل كافٍ، وتحديد المخاطر أو التهديدات المحتملة والتعامل معها.
- تنفيذ برامج تدريبية لضمان أن يكون جميع الزملاء على دراية بالإجراءات والبروتوكولات الأمنية ذات الصلة.
- إعداد وتقديم تقارير الحوادث اليومية، وطلبات الشراء، والمستندات الضرورية الأخرى حسب الحاجة.
- تحديث وصيانة إجراءات التشغيل القياسية (SOPs) تحت إشراف مدير الأمن، وضمان إتاحتها وفهمها من قبل الزملاء المعنيين.
- التعاون مع أجهزة الشرطة خارجياً في التحقيق والتعامل مع الجرائم أو الحوادث أو الأحداث التي تتعلق بالمنتج أو الزملاء أو الضيوف.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- حاصل على مؤهل تعليم ثانوي عام في مجال ذي صلة (يفضّل أن يكون خريج كلية، ويُعدّ الحصول على درجة في علم الجريمة ميزة إضافية).
- يمتلك رخصة أمن سارية صادرة عن شرطة دبي (إلزامية أو مرغوب فيها بشدة).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال الأمن أو الشرطة أو الخدمة العسكرية.
- خبرة مثبتة في بيئة خدمية موجهة نحو العملاء.
- خبرة تتوافق مع عمليات أمنية منظمة ومعايير الامتثال.

About The Job
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Manager - Security to join Jumeirah The Red Sea.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
- Coordinate and oversee the activities of all security officers and paramedics to always ensure the safety and security of colleagues and guests.
- Ensure Property Security: Take measures to adequately secure all resort buildings and property, identifying and addressing potential threats or hazards.
- Implement training programs to ensure that all colleagues are aware of relevant security procedures and protocols.
- Prepare and submit daily incident reports, requisitions, and other necessary documentation as required.
- Update and maintain SOPs under the guidance of the Director of Security, ensuring that they are accessible and understood by relevant colleagues.
- Collaborate with outside police agencies in the investigation and handling of crimes, accidents, or incidents involving the resort, colleagues, and guests.
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications :
- Higher Secondary education in a relevant field (College Graduate preferred; Degree in Criminology an advantage)
- Valid Dubai Police Security License (mandatory or highly desirable)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Security, Police, or Military service
- Proven experience in a customer‑facing, service‑oriented environment
- Experience aligned with structured security operations and compliance standards
