تعلن الخطوط الجوية القطرية (Qatar Airways) عن توفر وظيفة مشرف خدمات المطار (Airport Services Duty Supervisor) في جدة، المملكة العربية السعودية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- مؤهل جامعي أو كلية مناسب.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات في مجال ذي صلة في شركة طيران أو عمليات مناولة أرضية معروفة بمستوى إشرافي.
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة مع طلاقة في اللغة الإنجليزية.
- معرفة بالوزن والتوازن (Weight and Balance)، ومناولة المدرج (Ramp Handling)، ولوائح البضائع الخطرة (Dangerous Goods Regulations).
- القدرة على أداء المهام تحت الضغط مع الحفاظ على أعلى مستويات معايير خدمة العملاء.
- فهم جيد لشروط النقل، وإجراءات السلامة والأمن الدولية للطيران المدني.
- خبرة في مجالات مثل خدمات الركاب، خدمات الأمتعة، العمليات الأرضية، لوائح البضائع الخطرة، ومناولة المدرج.
- مستوى عالٍ من المعرفة بالحاسوب.
- تركيز ممتاز على العملاء وتقديم الخدمات.

Qualification
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications and skills:
- Relevant College or University qualification.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in an airline or reputed Ground Handling Operations at supervisory level.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English language.
- Knowledge of Weight and Balance, Ramp handling and Dangerous Goods Regulations.
- Able to perform duties under pressure whilst maintaining the highest levels of customer service standards.
- Good understanding of conditions of carriage, International Civil Aviation Safety and Security procedures.
- Experience in areas such as Passenger Services, Baggage Services, Ground Operations, Dangerous Goods Regulations and ramp handling.
- High level of computer literacy.
- Excellent customer focus and service delivery.
