تعلن مشاريع الترفيه السعودية (SEVEN) عن حاجتها لشغل وظيفة فني أول - صيانة في كل من: الرياض، تبوك، أبها، ينبع، المدينة المنورة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- المشاركة الفعّالة مع فرق العمليات والمشاريع واستشاريي إدارة المشاريع
- الحفاظ على تواصل وثيق مع ممثلي مصنّعي الألعاب في مواقع مشاريع SEVEN
- العمل وفقًا لأفضل ممارسات السلامة الدولية والمتطلبات التنظيمية في المملكة
- تنفيذ وقيادة الأنشطة الفنية للألعاب والمرافق بدعم من فريق الفنيين والإدارة الفنية
- الامتثال لمتطلبات الصيانة الفنية لـ SEVEN عبر تنفيذ وتوثيق أنشطة الصيانة وفقًا لسياسات الصحة والسلامة والإجراءات التشغيلية
- المساهمة في التحسين المستمر للوثائق الفنية مثل إجراءات التشغيل القياسية والأدلة الفنية وأدلة استكشاف الأعطال وإجراءات الإخلاء وقوائم الصيانة الوقائية وبرامج إعادة التأهيل وجداول الفحص غير المتلف
- دعم تنفيذ أنظمة إدارة الأصول والوثائق ذات الصلة واستخدامها بفعالية
- مراقبة مخزون قطع الغيار والمواد الاستهلاكية وتقديم ملاحظات استباقية لدعم التوفر
- المساهمة في تحقيق أهداف القسم وخطط العمل ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية المتماشية مع الأهداف الاستراتيجية للشركة
- العمل كقائد فريق عند الحاجة أثناء غياب المسؤول المباشر
- تنفيذ وتسجيل أنشطة الصيانة التصحيحية للألعاب والمرافق وفقًا لمعايير الصناعة ومتطلبات المصنّع
- تنفيذ وتسجيل أنشطة الصيانة الوقائية المخططة وفقًا للجداول الزمنية المعتمدة
- الاستجابة لأعطال الألعاب والمرافق وتشخيص الأعطال واستعادة التشغيل بأمان وكفاءة
- التواصل بفعالية مع فرق العمليات لجمع المعلومات وحل المشكلات الفنية
- التحقق من جودة ودقة عمل الفنيين، خاصة في عمليات التفتيش والإصلاحات ذات الأهمية الحرجة للسلامة
- دعم الجاهزية التشغيلية اليومية للألعاب وتحقيق أهداف الموثوقية والتوفر
- المساعدة في ضمان توفر الموارد والمواد والأدوات والمعدات والعمالة اللازمة لتنفيذ أنشطة الصيانة
- تحديد فرص تحسين أداء الألعاب وكفاءة الصيانة والفعالية التشغيلية
- دعم عمليات التصديق السنوية وإعادة التصديق التي تجريها الهيئات المستقلة
- قيادة وتنفيذ أنشطة الصيانة السنوية الكبرى وإعادة التأهيل لضمان الأداء الأمثل للألعاب
- المشاركة في إجراءات إخلاء الألعاب وتقديم توصيات للتحسين
- إجراء فحص للأدوات والمعدات والتأكد من الامتثال لمتطلبات المعايرة والسلامة
- تقديم التدريب والحفاظ على سجلات التدريب وفقًا لمتطلبات التعلم والتطوير
- الالتزام بجميع سياسات وإجراءات الجودة والصحة والسلامة والبيئة ومعايير الشركة

الشروط والمتطلبات
- شهادة أو دبلوم هندسي في مجال تقني ذي صلة (كهرباء، ميكانيكا، أو كهروميكانيكا)
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال الترفيه أو المتنزهات أو صناعة المدن الترفيهية
- خبرة عملية في أنشطة الصيانة الرئيسية للألعاب والمرافق بما في ذلك إعادة التأهيل السنوي (REHAB)
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات تواصل قوية باللغة الإنجليزية؛ اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية
- مهارات فعالة في إدارة الوقت وتنفيذ الاستراتيجيات
- الوعي الثقافي والقدرة على القيادة بالقدوة

The role of the "Senior Technician" is to perform variety of advanced level, plan maintenance, repair activity and troubleshooting associated with the Attraction rides and devices of all typologies. The Sr. Technician will be leading the work execution together with the other attraction technicians within the complex.
This role will involve active support during the installation time onsite, working alongside with contractors & manufacturers, aiming to execute SEVEN's maintenance requirements, processes & technical pre & post opening requirements, ensuring operational readiness.

This role will involve active support during the installation time onsite, working alongside with contractors & manufacturers, aiming to execute SEVEN's maintenance requirements, processes & technical pre & post opening requirements, ensuring operational readiness.
Key Responsibilities/ Accountabilities
- Actively participate with Operations, Project Attraction Teams, and Project Management Consultants
- Maintain close communication with ride manufacturers' representatives engaged at SEVEN project sites
- Work in accordance with international safety best practices and KSA regulatory requirements
- Execute and lead technical activities for rides and attractions, supported by the technician team and technical management
- Comply with SEVEN's technical maintenance requirements by implementing, executing, and documenting maintenance activities in line with H&S policies and operational procedures
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of technical documentation, including SOPs, technical manuals, troubleshooting guides, evacuation procedures, PM checklists, REHAB programs, and NDT schedules
- Support the implementation and effective use of asset management systems and related documentation
- Monitor spare parts and consumable stock requirements and provide proactive feedback to support availability
- Contribute to achieving departmental objectives, action plans, and KPIs aligned with the company's strategic goals
- Act as Team Leader when required during absences
- Execute and record corrective maintenance activities on rides and attractions in accordance with industry standards and manufacturer requirements
- Execute and record planned preventive maintenance activities according to approved schedules
- Respond to ride and attraction breakdowns, diagnose faults, and restore operations safely and efficiently
- Communicate effectively with Operations teams to gather information and resolve technical issues
- Verify the quality and accuracy of technicians' work, particularly on safety-critical inspections and repairs
- Support daily ride operational readiness and achievement of reliability and availability targets
- Assist in ensuring adequate resources, materials, tools, equipment, and manpower are available to perform maintenance activities
- Identify opportunities to improve ride performance, maintenance efficiency, and operational effectiveness
- Support annual certification and recertification processes conducted by Independent Bodies (IB)
- Lead and execute major annual maintenance and rehabilitation activities to ensure optimal ride performance
- Participate in ride evacuation procedures and provide recommendations for improvement
- Conduct inspections of tools and equipment, ensuring compliance with calibration and safety requirements
- Deliver training and maintain training records in line with Learning & Development requirements
- Adhere to all QHSE policies, procedures, and company standards
- Ensure efficient use of consumables and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Demonstrate strong communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage
- Apply effective time management and strategy implementation skills
- Demonstrate cultural awareness and lead by example
- Promote guest experience excellence while maintaining the highest safety standards

- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by Attraction Management
- Engineering Certificate or Diploma in a relevant technical field (Electrical, Mechanical, or Electromechanical)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the leisure, attractions, or theme park industry
- Hands-on experience in major ride and attraction maintenance activities, including annual rehabilitation (REHAB)
