الجهة: مشاريع الترفيه السعودية. المسمى: Senior Finance Specialist (Inventory & Fixed Assets). الموقع: تبوك السعودية. المسؤول عن المحاسبة والرقابة والإبلاغ الدقيق للمخزون والأصول الثابتة وفقًا للمعايير الدولية للتقارير المالية (IFRS) وسياسات الشركة، بالإضافة إلى إدارة دورة حياة الأصول الثابتة والمخزون عبر أنظمة ERP.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إدارة دورة حياة الأصول الثابتة بشكل كامل (الإنشاء، الرسملة، التحويلات، الإهلاك، انخفاض القيمة، التخلص) وفقًا للمعايير المحاسبية.
  • مراقبة الأصول تحت الإنشاء (AUC/CWIP) وضمان الرسملة الدقيقة عند اكتمال المشاريع.
  • صيانة سجل الأصول الثابتة وتسويته مع دفتر الأستاذ العام وميزان المراجعة.
  • ضمان تصنيف الأصول ووضع العلامات وتحديد العمر الإنتاجي بدقة.
  • مراجعة معاملات CAPEX والتحقق من تصنيف CAPEX مقابل OPEX.
  • إدارة المخزون: مراقبة حركات المخزون والتحقق منها عبر أنظمة ERP والمستودعات.
  • إجراء جرد المخزون والجرد الدوري والتسويات بما في ذلك تحليل الانحرافات.
  • دعم تقييم المخزون بما في ذلك المخصصات والتقادم والاستبعاد وفقًا لمعيار IAS 2.
  • إعداد وترحيل قيود اليومية الخاصة بالإهلاك والمخزون والعمليات ذات الصلة.
  • دعم إغلاق الفترات الشهرية والربع سنوية والسنوية.
  • إجراء تسويات بين الحسابات الفرعية ودفتر الأستاذ العام للمخزون والأصول الثابتة.
  • إعداد التقارير والجداول الزمنية للإدارة المالية.
  • ضمان الامتثال لمعايير IFRS والسياسات الداخلية وعتبات الرسملة وصلاحيات التفويض.
  • دعم التدقيق الداخلي والخارجي من خلال التوثيق والتسويات والتوضيحات.
  • المشاركة في التحقق المادي من الأصول وجرد المخزون وحل التناقضات.
  • التنسيق مع المشتريات والمشاريع والعمليات والمالية بشأن معاملات الأصول والمخزون.
  • مراجعة طلبات الشراء وأوامر الشراء والفواتير لضمان المعالجة المحاسبية الصحيحة.
  • تحديد وتحسين العمليات ورفع كفاءة الأنظمة، ودعم دقة البيانات واستخدام أنظمة ERP والأنظمة الفرعية.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • شهادة مهنية في المالية أو المحاسبة (مثل CPA، SOCPA، CFA، CFP).
  • خبرة من 2 إلى 3 سنوات في الأصول الثابتة أو المحاسبة المالية.
  • معرفة قوية بمعايير IFRS، خاصة IAS 16 وIAS 36 وIAS 38.
  • معرفة عملية بمحاسبة المخزون وفقًا لمعيار IAS 2 والرقابة الداخلية.
  • خبرة في العمل في بيئات تعتمد على أنظمة ERP (مثل SAP - FI/MM).

المهارات المطلوبة

  • إتقان أنظمة ERP (مثل SAP - وحدات FI/MM).
  • إجادة استخدام أنظمة إدارة المخزون والمستودعات.

Job Purpose:

The Senior Finance Specialist (Inventory & Fixed Assets) is responsible for accurate accounting, control, and reporting of inventory and fixed assets in line with IFRS and company policies. The role manages inventory across Retail, F&B, and Spare Parts, and oversees the fixed asset lifecycle, including capitalization, depreciation, disposals, and reporting. It supports financial integrity, audit readiness, and effective asset management across projects and operating entities.

Key Accountability Areas:

Fixed Assets Lifecycle Management

  • Manage the full fixed asset lifecycle (creation, capitalization, transfers, depreciation, impairments, disposals) in line with accounting standards
  • Monitor AUC/CWIP and ensure timely and accurate capitalization upon project completion
  • Maintain and reconcile the Fixed Asset Register with the General Ledger and Trial Balance
  • Ensure accurate asset classification, tagging, and useful life assignment
  • Review CAPEX transactions and validate CAPEX vs OPEX classification

Inventory Management:

  • Monitor and validate inventory movements across ERP and warehouse systems
  • Perform stock counts, cycle counts, and reconciliations, including variance analysis
  • Support inventory valuation, including provisions, obsolescence, and write-offs (IAS 2)
  • Ensure accurate recording of inventory balances and consumption flows

Accounting, Reporting & Reconciliation:

  • Prepare and post depreciation, inventory, and related journal entries
  • Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities
  • Perform sub-ledger to GL reconciliations (inventory and fixed assets)
  • Prepare reports and schedules for management reporting and finance leadership

Controls, Compliance & Audit:

  • Ensure compliance with IFRS, internal policies, capitalization thresholds, and DoA
  • Support internal and external audits through documentation, reconciliations, and explanations
  • Participate in physical asset verification and inventory counts; resolve discrepancies

Stakeholder Coordination & Process Improvement:

  • Coordinate with Procurement, Projects, Operations, and Finance on asset and inventory transactions
  • Review PRs, POs, and invoices to ensure correct accounting treatment
  • Identify and drive process improvements and system enhancements
  • Support data accuracy and utilization across ERP/sub-systems

Requirements

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Professional Certifications

Professional certificate in Finance or Accounting certification (i.e. E.g. CPA, SOCPA, CFA, CFP).

Required Experience

  • 2 - 3 years of experience in Fixed Assets or Financial Accounting
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS, particularly IAS 16, IAS 36, and IAS 38
  • Working knowledge of IFRS inventory accounting (IAS 2) and internal controls
  • Experience working in ERP-driven environments (ERP systems e.g., SAP - FI)
