شركة KONE، الحاصلة على شهادة أفضل صاحب عمل، تبحث عن أخصائي مالي (Finance Specialist) في الرياض لدعم العمليات المالية وضمان الامتثال للسياسات المحاسبية والمساهمة في إعداد التقارير المالية الدقيقة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة أنشطة الحسابات الدائنة (Accounts Payable) من البداية إلى النهاية، بما في ذلك التحقق من فواتير الموردين ومعالجتها ومتابعتها مع فرق الخدمات المشتركة.
- مراقبة حسابات الموردين، وحل اختلافات الفواتير، ودعم سداد المدفوعات للموردين في الوقت المناسب.
- إجراء تسويات أرصدة الحسابات الشهرية في الميزانية العمومية والتحقيق في البنود المعلقة.
- دعم أنشطة الإغلاق الشهري والربعي والسنوي لضمان تقديم تقارير مالية دقيقة وفي الوقت المحدد.

- دعم أنشطة إدارة الضمانات البنكية وخطابات الاعتماد وغيرها من أعمال الخزينة عند الحاجة.
- المساعدة في عمليات التدقيق الداخلي والخارجي من خلال إعداد الجداول والتسويات والمستندات الداعمة.
- ضمان الامتثال لسياسات الشركة ومعايير المحاسبة واللوائح الضريبية ومتطلبات الرقابة الداخلية.
- الشراكة مع قادة الأعمال ومديري المشاريع والمشتريات والموارد البشرية والفرق التشغيلية لتقديم التوجيه المالي وحل المسائل المتعلقة بالمالية.
- تحديد فرص تحسين العمليات المالية والضوابط وجودة التقارير والكفاءة التشغيلية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في المالية أو المحاسبة.
- خبرة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في المحاسبة أو الرقابة المالية أو الخزينة أو العمليات المالية.
- معرفة قوية بالمحاسبة المالية وإدارة دفتر الأستاذ العام والتسويات والتقارير المالية.
- فهم متطلبات ضريبة القيمة المضافة (VAT) وضريبة الخصم (Withholding Tax) والامتثال التنظيمي.
- خبرة في إدارة النقدية الصندوقية (petty cash) والعمليات البنكية وعمليات الخزينة تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- خبرة في أنظمة تخطيط موارد المؤسسات (ERP) ويفضل SAP.
- مهارات متقدمة في Excel وتحليل البيانات.
- قدرات قوية في التحليل وحل المشكلات وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة.
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل، وإدارة الأولويات المتنافسة، والوفاء بالمواعيد النهائية الضيقة.
- يفضل بشدة الحصول على شهادة مهنية مثل SOCPA أو CMA أو ACCA أو CPA أو ACA أو ما يعادلها.

What will you do?
- Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable activities, including supplier invoice verification, processing, and follow-up with shared service teams.
- Monitor supplier accounts, resolve invoice discrepancies, and support timely vendor payments.
- Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations and investigate outstanding reconciling items.
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Prepare and post accruals, prepayments, recurring entries, and other journal entries.
- Maintain fixed asset records, including asset creation, transfers, disposals, and depreciation reviews.
- Coordinate intercompany transactions, debit notes, confirmations, and reconciliations.
- Review VAT and withholding tax transactions and support tax reporting and statutory compliance requirements.
- Monitor GR/IR balances and collaborate with operational teams to resolve open items.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of banking and treasury-related accounting records.
- Support cash flow forecasting, liquidity monitoring, and monthly cash flow reporting.
- Process treasury-related transactions, payment requests, and banking documentation in line with company policies.
- Monitor outstanding payments, returned transactions, and clearing accounts to ensure timely resolution.
- Support bank guarantee, letter of credit, and other treasury administration activities when required.
- Assist in internal and external audits by preparing schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal control requirements.
- Partner with business leaders, project managers, procurement, HR, and operational teams to provide financial guidance and resolve finance-related matters.
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, controls, reporting quality, and operational efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- 3-5 years of experience in accounting, financial controlling, treasury, or finance operations.
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting, general ledger management, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Understanding of VAT, withholding tax, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Experience with petty cash management, banking operations, and treasury processes is an advantage.
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Professional certification such as SOCPA, CMA, ACCA, CPA, ACA, or equivalent is strongly preferred.
