شركة KONE، المعتمدة كأفضل صاحب عمل في الإمارات وقطر والسعودية وعمان، تبحث عن فني صيانة (Maintenance Technician) للعمل في مكة المكرمة. في هذا الدور، ستكون جزءاً أساسياً من فريق KONE، مسؤولاً عن تقديم خدمة احترافية للعملاء وضمان جودة المعدات وسلامتها من خلال الصيانة الدورية والاستجابة للطلبات الطارئة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة علاقات العملاء: المسؤولية عن رضا العملاء من خلال جودة الخدمة والتواصل المنتظم والاستباقي والدقيق في الموقع (مثل وقت الوصول المتوقع للطوارئ، العمل المنجز).
- المسؤولية عن الإبلاغ الدقيق والفوري عن العمل المنجز على مستوى المعدات.
- المسؤولية عن سلامة وأداء المعدات.
- المسؤولية عن تحديد المخاطر في الموقع وإبلاغ المشرف بها.
- المسؤولية عن اتخاذ إجراء فوري في الموقع في حال تحديد خطر مرتفع وتطبيق إجراءات التصعيد.
- المسؤولية عن تحديد أعمال الإصلاح غير المخطط لها بناءً على احتياجات المعدات.
- عمليات الخدمة: المسؤولية عن سلامة المستخدمين النهائيين والموقع.
- المسؤولية عن ممارسات العمل الآمنة وتنفيذ العمليات وفقاً لتعليمات الصيانة والسلامة.
- المسؤولية عن تنفيذ زيارات الخدمة (الصيانة المخططة، الطوارئ، والإصلاحات) مع احترام الجدول الزمني والمواعيد النهائية ومعايير الجودة وتخصيص الوقت والعمليات.
- المسؤولية عن رفع فرص البيع إلى المشرف.
- المسؤولية عن الإبلاغ الدقيق وفي الوقت المناسب عن العمل المنجز وفقاً للعملية.
- المسؤولية عن تقديم جداول الوقت بناءً على التنفيذ.
- المسؤولية عن الحفاظ على أدوات الخدمة والشاحنة والأجهزة وما إلى ذلك آمنة ومُصانة وفي حالة جيدة.
- المسؤولية عن تحديث المشرف بانتظام بجميع المعلومات ذات الصلة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- شهادة معهد تدريب صناعي / دبلوم مهني في تخصص الهندسة الكهربائية أو الإلكترونية أو الأتمتة أو ما يعادلها.
- مهارات تواصل جيدة باللغة الإنجليزية (كتابةً وتحدثاً).
- يفضل المرشحون الذين لديهم مهارات أساسية في تقنية المعلومات (IT).
- يفضل المرشحون الذين لديهم مهارات رقمية أساسية.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في الصيانة الوقائية واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها في شركة مصاعد مرموقة (شرط أساسي).
- رخصة قيادة خليجية سارية المفعول تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- يجب أن تتوافق المتطلبات المذكورة أعلاه مع المرشحين للتقديم على هذه الوظيفة.

As a maintenance technician, you will be performing regular maintenance checks and tasks and attending call-outs.
Responsibilities
Customer relationship management
- Responsible for customer satisfaction through quality of service and regular, proactive, and precise on-site communication (callout ETA, job performed, etc)
- Responsible for accurate and real-time back reporting of work performed (at the equipment level)
- Accountable for equipment safety and performance
- Accountable for identifying site risks and communicating them to his supervisor
- Accountable to take immediate action on-site in case of high-risk identification and to apply the escalation procedure
- Accountable for identifying “unplanned” service repairs based on the equipment needs.
- Accountable for the end-users and the site safety
- Responsible for safe working practices and carrying out the operations according to maintenance and safety instructions.
- Accountable for the execution of the service visits (planned maintenance, callouts, and service repairs), respecting the schedule and time limit (callout), the quality standards, the time allocation, and the processes
- Accountable for raising sales to lead to his supervisor
- Accountable for exact and timely back reporting of the work done according to the process
- Responsible for submitting timesheets based on the execution
- Responsible for keeping the service tooling, van, instruments, etc, safe, maintained, and in good condition
- Responsible for regular updates of his supervisor on all relevant information
- ITI/Vocational Certificate course /Diploma Engineering in Electrical/Electronics/Automation streams or equivalent
- Good verbal and written English communication skills
- Candidates with basic IT skills will be given a preference
- Candidates with basic digital foundation skills will be the right candidate for this position
- Minimum 5 years of solid Preventive Maintenance and Troubleshooting experience with a reputed elevator company is a must
- Having a valid GCC driving license is an added advantage
